	6022 3279 649 552 90:1			I swear by this town-
				وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ
	6023 3280 650 553 1630 90:2			-and you, a resident of this town,-
				وَوَالِدٍ وَمَا وَلَدَ
	6024 3281 651 554 1631 90:3			and the parent and the child.
				لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإنْسَنَ فِي كَبَدٍ
	6025 3282 652 555 90:4			We have certainly created the human being to go through hardship.
				أَيَحْسَبُ أَنْ لَنْ يَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ
	6026 3283 653 556 1632 90:5			Does he think that no one has any power over him?
				يَقُولُ أَهْلَكْتُ مَالا لُبَدًا
	6027 3284 654 557  90:6			He boasts; "I have spent so much money".
				أَيَحْسَبُ أَنْ لَمْ يَرَهُ أَحَدٌ
	6028 3285 655 558 1633 90:7			Does he think that no one can see him?
				أَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَهُ عَيْنَيْنِ
	6029 3286 656 559 90:8			Did We not create for him two eyes-
				وَلِسَانًا وَشَفَتَيْنِ
	6030 3287 657 560 90:9			-and a tongue, and two lips-
				وَهَدَيْنَاهُ النَّجْدَيْنِ
	6031 3288 658 561 90:10			-and showed him the two paths?
				فَلا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ
	6032 3289 659 562 1634 90:11			He should therefore choose the difficult one.
				وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ
	6033 3290 660 563 90:12			And do you know what the difficult one is?
				فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ
	6034 3291 661 564 1635 90:13			Freeing the slaves.
				أَوْ إِطْعَامٌ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ
	6035 3292 662 565 90:14			Or feeding someone even during hard times,-
				يَتِيمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ
	6036 3293 663 566 90:15			-a fatherless who is close by,-
				أَوْ مِسْكِينًا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ
	6037 3294 664 567 90:16			-or a needy who is homeless,-
				ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْروَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ
	6038 3295 665 568 1636 90:17			-then if he is one of those who had attained faith, and enjoins others to patience, and enjoins others to kindness,-
				أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَبُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ
	6039 3296 666 569 90:18			-these will be the dwellers of the bliss.
				وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَتِنَا هُمْ أَصْحَبُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ
	6040 3297 667 570 1637 90:19			As for those who reject Our signs, they will be the dwellers of misery.
				عَلَيْهِمْ نَارٌ مُؤْصَدَةٌ
	6041 3298 668 571 90:20			They will be surrounded by Fire.
