وَالنَّازِعَاتِ
غَرْقًا |

5711 2968 4359 2274 79:1 |

By the violent

وَالنَّاشِطَاتِ
نَشْطًا |
5712 2969 4360 2275 1523 79:2 |

By the gentle

سَبْحًا |
5713 2970 4361 2276 1524 79:3 |

By the floaters

فَالسَّابِقَاتِ

5714 2971 4362 2277 79:4 |

Also by quick

5715 2972 4363 2278 1525 79:5 |
Also by
executers of command. |

يَوْمَ
تَرْجُفُ
الرَّاجِفَةُ |
5716 2973 4364 2279 79:6 |
The day when
everything will be shaken up in a quake. |
تَتْبَعُهَا
الرَّادِفَةُ |
5717 2974 4365 2280 1526 79:7 |
Followed by
aftershocks. |
قُلُوبٌ
يَوْمَئِذٍ
وَاجِفَةٌ |
5718 2975 4366 2281 79:8 |
Hearts on that
day will be terrified. |
أَبْصَارُهَا
خَاشِعَةٌ |
5719 2976 4367 2282 79:9 |
Eyes will be
subdued. |
يَقُولُونَ
أَئِنَّا
لَمَرْدُودُونَ
فِي الْحَافِرَةِ |
5720 2977 4368 2283 79:10 |
They will say;
have we been resurrected from the graves? |
أَئِذَا
كُنَّا
عِظَامًا
نَخِرَةً |
5721 2978 4369 2284 1527 79:11 |
-Even though we
were rotten bones? |
قَالُوا
تِلْكَ
إِذًا
كَرَّةٌ
خَاسِرَةٌ |
5722 2979 4370 2285 79:12 |
They also said;
this is a heartbreaking return. |
فَإِنَّمَا
هِيَ
زَجْرَةٌ
وَاحِدَةٌ |
5723 2980 4371 2286 1528 79:13 |
However, it is
indeed only a single blow. |
فَإِذَا
هُمْ
بِالسَّاهِرَةِ |
5724 2981 4372 2287 79:14 |
Then they all
will be awakened. |
هَلْ
أتَاكَ
حَدِيثُ
مُوسَى |
5725 2982 4373 2288 79:15 |
Have you heard
the story of Moses? |
إِذْ
نَادَاهُ
رَبُّهُ
بِالْوَادِي
الْمُقَدَّسِ
طُوًى |
5726 2983 4374 2289 79:16 |
When his Lord
called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa. |
اذْهَبْ
إِلَى
فِرْعَوْنَ
إِنَّهُ
طَغَى |
5727 2984 4375 2290 1529 79:17 |
Go to Pharaoh
for he has indeed transgressed. |
فَقُلْ
هَلْ لَكَ
إِلَى أَنْ
تَزَكَّى |
5728 2985 4376 2291 79:18 |
And ask him;
would you not move towards purification? |
وَأَهْدِيَكَ
إِلَى
رَبِّكَ
فَتَخْشَى |
5729 2986 4377 2292 1530 79:19 |
And; I lead you
to your Lord, so that you may attain reverence. |
فَأَرَاهُ
الآيَةَ
الْكُبْرَى |
5730 2987 4378 2293 79:20 |
I will then show
you a great sign. |
فَكَذَّبَ
وَعَصَى |
5731 2988 4379 2294 79:21 |
However, he
rejected it and rebelled. |
ثُمَّ
أَدْبَرَ
يَسْعَى |
5732 2989 4380 2295 79:22 |
He turned his
back, running away. |
فَحَشَرَ
فَنَادَى |
5733 2990 4381 2296 1531 79:23 |
He then gathered
an audience and proclaimed. |
فَقَالَ
أَنَا
رَبُّكُمُ
الأعْلَى |
5734 2991 4382 2297 79:24 |
He then said; I
am your lord, the most exalted. |
فَأَخَذَهُ اللَّهُ نَكَالَ
الآخِرَةِ
وَالأولَى |
5735 2992 4383 2298 1801(2678) 79:25 |
Therefore God punished him, an
exemplary punishment in the Hereafter as well as this life. |
إِنَّ
فِي ذَلِكَ
لَعِبْرَةً
لِمَنْ
يَخْشَى |
5736 2993 4384 2299 79:26 |
Indeed in this,
there is a lesson for those who are reverent. |
أَأَنْتُمْ
أَشَدُّ
خَلْقًا
أَمِ
السَّمَاءُ
بَنَاهَا |
5737 2994 4385 2300 79:27 |
Are you more
difficult to create or the vacuum? He has constructed it. |
رَفَعَ
سَمْكَهَا
فَسَوَّاهَا |
5738 2995 4386 2301 79:28 |
He raised its
ceiling and then balanced it. |
وَأَغْطَشَ
لَيْلَهَا
وَأَخْرَجَ
ضُحَاهَا |
5739 2996 4387 2302 1532 79:29 |
And He darkened
its night and brought out its morning. |
وَالأرْضَ
بَعْدَ
ذَلِكَ
دَحَاهَا |
5740 2997 4388 2303 79:30 |
And afterwards,
He spread the matter throughout. |
أَخْرَجَ
مِنْهَا
مَاءَهَا
وَمَرْعَاهَا |
5741 2998 4389 2304 1533 79:31 |
He produced from
it its water and its pastures. |
وَالْجِبَالَ
أَرْسَاهَا |
5742 2999 4390 2305 79:32 |
And the
mountains that He firmly fixed. |
مَتَاعًا
لَكُمْ
وَلأنْعَامِكُمْ |
5743 3000 4391 2306 79:33 |
As a provision
for you and your livestock. |
فَإِذَا
جَاءَتِ
الطَّامَّةُ
الْكُبْرَى |
5744 3001 4392 2307 79:34 |
Then when the
great blow comes,- |
يَوْمَ
يَتَذَكَّرُ
الإنْسَنُ
مَا سَعَى |
5745 3002 4393 2308 79:35 |
-that will be
the day when the human being will be reminded of everything he has done. |
وَبُرِّزَتِ
الْجَحِيمُ
لِمَنْ
يَرَى |
5746 3003 4394 2309 79:36 |
And the Inferno
will be shown to those who are meant to see it. |
فَأَمَّا
مَنْ طَغَى |
5747 3004 4395 2310 1534 79:37 |
Then, for the
one who transgressed- |
وَآثَرَ
الْحَيَوةَ
الدُّنْيَا |
5748 3005 4396 2311 79:38 |
-and preferred
this worldly life- |
فَإِنَّ
الْجَحِيمَ
هِيَ
الْمَأْوَى |
5749 3006 4397 2312 79:39 |
-then indeed the
Inferno will be his abode. |
وَأَمَّا
مَنْ خَافَ
مَقَامَ
رَبِّهِ
وَنَهَى
النَّفْسَ
عَنِ
الْهَوَى |
5750 3007 4398 2313 79:40 |
As for the one
who fears the majesty of his Lord and restrains the soul from desire- |
فَإِنَّ
الْجَنَّةَ
هِيَ
الْمَأْوَى |
5751 3008 4399 2314 1535 79:41 |
-then Paradise
will be his abode. |
يَسْأَلُونَكَ
عَنِ
السَّاعَةِ
أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا |
5752 3009 4400 2315 79:42 |
They ask you
about the Hour, and when it will come to pass. |
فِيمَ
أَنْتَ مِنْ
ذِكْرَاهَا |
5753 3010 4401 2316 1536 79:43 |
Do not preoccupy
yourself with its declaration. |
إِلَى
رَبِّكَ
مُنْتَهَاهَا |
5754 3011 4402 2317 79:44 |
To your Lord is
its final destiny. |
إِنَّمَا
أَنْتَ
مُنْذِرُ
مَنْ
يَخْشَاهَا |
5755 3012 4403 2318 79:45 |
You are only a
warner to the one who reverences it. |
كَأَنَّهُمْ
يَوْمَ
يَرَوْنَهَا
لَمْ يَلْبَثُوا
إِلا
عَشِيَّةً
أَوْ
ضُحَاهَا |
5756 3013 4404 2319 79:46 |
The day they see
it, it seems as though they only lasted an evening or a morning. |
