	956 488 830 187 220 7:2			A book that is revealed to you, therefore, do not have any difficulty in your heart because of it, for it is that you may warn with and a reminder for the faithful.
				اتَّبِعُوا مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَل تَتَّبِعُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ قَلِيلا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
	957 489 831 188 221 7:3			All of you shall follow what is revealed to you from your Lord and do not take anyone as an ally beside Him.  Only a few will take heed.
				وَكَمْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا فَجَاءَهَا بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا أَوْ هُمْ قَائِلُونَ
	958 490 832 189 7:4			And many a community we annihilated as Our might came to them while they were asleep or wide awake.
				فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَاهُمْ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا إِلا أَنْ قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَلِمِينَ
	959 491 833 190 222 7:5			Then their only utterance was, once Our might came to them, to say that we were certainly unjust.
				فَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الَّذِينَ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَنَسْأَلَنَّ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	960 492 834 191 7:6			We surely question those who have received the message and we will certainly question the messengers.
				فَلَنَقُصَّنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ بِعِلْمٍ وَمَا كُنَّا غَائِبِينَ
	961 493 835 192 223 7:7			We, therefore, narrate for them with full knowledge; for We are never absent.
				وَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ فَمَنْ ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

				وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا بِآيَتِنَا يَظْلِمُونَ
	963 495 837 194 7:9			As for those whose weights are light, then these are the ones who have ruined their souls, because they transgressed against Our signs.
				وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الأرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ قَلِيلا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ
	964 496 838 195 7:10			And, We certainly established you on the land and provided for you therein sustenance.  Indeed very few are grateful.
				وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مِنَ السَّجِدِينَ
	965 497 839 196 224 7:11			And indeed, We created you, then We depicted you, We then said to the angels to honor Adam, they immediately honored him except Iblees who was not one of the honorers.
				قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلا تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِنْ نَارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِنْ طِينٍ
	966 498 840 197 7:12			He said; what prevented you from honoring him when I commanded you? He said; I am better than he, You created me from fire and You created him from clay.
				قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَنْ تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّغِرِينَ
	967 499 841 198 225 7:13			He said; then you shall go down therefrom, for you shall never be arrogant therein, therefore, get out, for indeed you are lowly.
				قَالَ أَنْظِرْنِي إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
	968 500 842 199 7:14			He said; respite me until the Day of Resurrection.
				قَالَ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الْمُنْظَرِينَ
	969 501 843 200 7:15			He said; you shall have a respite.
				قَالَ فَبِمَا أَغْوَيْتَنِي لأقْعُدَنَّ لَهُمْ صِرَطَكَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
	970 502 844 201 7:16			He said; since You have enticed me, I will surely divert them from Your straight path.
				ثُمَّ لآتِيَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ وَعَنْ أَيْمَنِهِمْ وَعَنْ شَمَائِلِهِمْ وَلا تَجِدُ أَكْثَرَهُمْ شَكِرِينَ
	971 503 845 202 226 7:17			Then I will surely come to them from their front and their back and their right and their left; and You will find most of them ungrateful.
				قَالَ اخْرُجْ مِنْهَا مَذْءُومًا مَدْحُورًا لَمَنْ تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ لأمْلأنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنْكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
	972 504 846 203 7:18			He said; get out therefrom debased and expelled. Indeed those among them who follow you, I will surely fill Gehenna with you altogether.
				وَيَا آدَمُ اسْكُنْ أَنْتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةَ فَكُلا مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتُمَا وَلا تَقْرَبَا هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةَ فَتَكُونَا مِنَ الظَّلِمِينَ
	973 505 847 204 227 7:19			As for you O Adam, you shall settle, you and your wife in Paradise, and eat from whatever the two of you desire, however, do not approach this one tree, lest you will transgress.
				فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَنُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِنْ سَوْآتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَلِدِينَ
	974 506 848 205 7:20			Thereafter, Satan duped them in order to reveal what was hidden of their bodies and said; your Lord did not forbid you from this tree except to prevent you from becoming angels or becoming immortal.
				وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّصِحِينَ
	975 507 849 206 7:21			And he swore by both that indeed I am giving you good advice.
				فَدَلاهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَنْ تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُلْ لَكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَنَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُبِينٌ
	976 508 850 207 7:22			He therefore caused their fall with a lie.   Consequently, once both tasted the tree, their bodies became visible to them and they tried to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise.  And their Lord called upon them; did I not forbid this tree for the two of you and did I not tell you both that Satan is your most manifest enemy?
				قَالا رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرلَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَسِرِينَ
	977 509 851 208 228 7:23			They said, our Lord, we have been unjust towards our own souls and if You do not forgive us and do not have mercy upon us, we will surely end up losers.
				قَالَ اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الأرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ
	978 510 852 209 7:24			He said; go down as enemies of one another. And the land will be your abode and sustenance for a while.
				قَالَ فِيهَا تَحْيَوْنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنْهَا تُخْرَجُونَ
	979 511 853 210 7:25			He said; in it you will live and in it you will die and from it you will come out.
				يَا بَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَى ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آيَتِ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
	980 512 854 211 594(957), 304(492) 26(35) 7:26			O Children of Adam, We have certainly provided for you clothing with which you cover your bodies as well as a luxury; however, the garment of righteousness is the best. These are from God's Signs that you may be reminded.
				يَا بَنِي آدَمَ لا يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطَنُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُمْ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَنْزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْآتِهِمَا إِنَّهُ يَرَاكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا تَرَوْنَهُمْ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ لِلَّذِينَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ
	981 513 855 212 7:27			O Children of Adam, do not let Satan charm you, as he caused the eviction of your parents from Paradise, removed their garments in order to expose their bodies.  Indeed, he and his tribe can see you, while you cannot see them. We certainly make demons allies of those who have no faith.
				وَإِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً قَالُوا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهَا آبَاءَنَا وَاللَّهُ أَمَرَنَا بِهَا قُلْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَأْمُرُ بِالْفَحْشَاءِ أَتَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لا تَعْلَمُونَ
	982 514 856 213 595(958,959,960), 305(493,494,495) 27(36,37,38) 7:28			Furthermore, when they commit an abomination, they say we found our parents doing it for God has commanded us to do it.  Say; God does not advocate evil. Are you saying about God what you do not know?
				قُلْ أَمَرَ رَبِّي بِالْقِسْطِ وَأَقِيمُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ كَمَا بَدَأَكُمْ تَعُودُونَ
	983 515 857 214 229 7:29			Say; my Lord commands justice, therefore turn your attention to every mosque, call upon Him, while devoting the religion purely to Him.  Just as you were created, you will be returned.
				فَرِيقًا هَدَى وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلالَةُ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ مُهْتَدُونَ
	984 516 858 215 596(961), 306(496) 28(39) 7:30			Some are guided and some deserve straying. Certainly, these are the ones who have taken the devils as allies beside God and they reckon that they are guided.
				يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَكُلُوا  وَاشْرَبُوا وَلا تُسْرِفُوا إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
	985 517 859 216 230 7:31			O Children of Adam, you shall dress nicely at every mosque and eat and drink, but do not be gluttonous. Indeed, He does not love the gluttons.
				قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالطَّيِّبَتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ قُلْ هِيَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
	986 518 860 217 597(962), 307(497) 29(40) 7:32			Say; who has prohibited the niceties that God has created for His servants as well as the clean provisions?  Say; these are exclusively reserved for those who have attained faith in this worldly life as well as in the Hereafter.  We thus explain the signs for those people who are knowledgeable.
				قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالإثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَنْ تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَنًا وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لا تَعْلَمُونَ
	987 519 861 218 598(963,964),308(498,499) 30(41,42) 7:33			Say; indeed my Lord has prohibited evil deeds be it obvious or hidden as well as sin and want without need, and setting up partners for God for which He never revealed any authorization, and to say about God what you do not know.
				وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلٌ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهُمْ لا يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً وَلا يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ
	988 520 862 219 7:34			And for every community, there is an interim and once their interim is over, they can neither delay it an hour nor can they advance it.
				يَا بَنِي آدَمَ إِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِنْكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَتِي فَمَنِ اتَّقَى وَأَصْلَحَ فَلا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
	989 521 863 220 7:35			O Children of Adam, indeed messengers have come to you from amongst you narrating my proofs to you.  Therefore, whoever takes heed and becomes righteous, he has then nothing to fear nor will he ever grieve.
				وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَبُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَلِدُونَ
	990 522 864 221 7:36			As for those who reject Our proofs and become arrogant, they are the dwellers of Hell, they will abide therein eternally.
				فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَتِهِ أُولَئِكَ يَنَالُهُمْ نَصِيبُهُمْ مِنَ الْكِتَبِ حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا يَتَوَفَّوْنَهُمْ قَالُوا أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قَالُوا ضَلُّوا عَنَّا وَشَهِدُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا كَفِرِينَ
	991 523 865 222 599(965,966),309(500,501) 31(43,44)  231 7:37			Then who is more unjust than the one who attributes a lie to God or rejects His proofs?  They have their destiny according to the scripture.  When Our messengers come to them to terminate their lives, they will ask them; where are those whom you used to call upon besides God? They will say; they have abandoned us and they will bear witness against themselves that they were indeed unfaithful.
				قَالَ ادْخُلُوا فِي أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالإنْسِ فِي النَّارِ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَعَنَتْ أُخْتَهَا حَتَّى إِذَا ادَّارَكُوا فِيهَا جَمِيعًا قَالَتْ أُخْرَاهُمْ لأولاهُمْ رَبَّنَا هَؤُلاءِ أَضَلُّونَا فَآتِهِمْ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا مِنَ النَّارِ قَالَ لِكُلٍّ ضِعْفٌ وَلَكِنْ لا تَعْلَمُونَ
	992 524 866 223 7:38			He said; enter Hell along with the previous communities of Jinns and Humans. As each community enters, the others curse them, until they all enter, the latter say about the former, our Lord these are the ones who misled us, so increase for them the agony of Hell. He said; everyone is receiving an ever increasing agony but you do not know.
				وَقَالَتْ أُولاهُمْ لأخْرَاهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ فَذُوقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ
	993 525 867 224 7:39			And the former said to the latter, you do not have any superiority over us, therefore, taste the suffering for what you earned.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا لا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَبُ السَّمَاءِ وَلا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى يَلِجَ الْجَمَلُ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُجْرِمِينَ
	994 526 868 225 7:40			Surely those who reject Our proofs and treat them with arrogance, the gates of the sky will never open for them and they will not enter Paradise, until the camel passes through the needle's eye.  And We thus requite the guilty.
				لَهُمْ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ مِهَادٌ وَمِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ غَوَاشٍ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّلِمِينَ
	995 527 869 226 232 7:41			Gehenna will be their abode and above them will be a barrier. And We thus requite the unjust.
				وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَتِ لا نُكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَبُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَلِدُونَ
	996 528 870 227 7:42			As for those who have attained faith and led a righteous life, We never burden any soul beyond her means, these are the dwellers of Paradise; they abide therein eternally.
				وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِمْ مِنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهِمُ الأنْهَرُ وَقَالُوا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ لَقَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَنُودُوا أَنْ تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
	997 529 871 228 600(967,968),310(502,503) 32(45,46) 233 7:43			We further remove all malice from their hearts, rivers flow beneath them, and they will say; praise God for guiding us to this, for we would have never been able to be guided had God not guided us; our Lord's messengers did bring the truth, and they will be told; this is Paradise that you have inherited as a result of your deeds.
				وَنَادَى أَصْحَبُ الْجَنَّةِ أَصْحَبَ النَّارِ أَنْ قَدْ وَجَدْنَا مَا وَعَدَنَا رَبُّنَا حَقًّا فَهَلْ وَجَدْتُمْ مَا وَعَدَ رَبُّكُمْ حَقًّا قَالُوا نَعَمْ فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّلِمِينَ
	998 530 872 229 601(969), 311(504) 33(47) 7:44			And the dwellers of Paradise call upon the dwellers of Hell, we indeed found our Lord's promise to be true; have you found your Lord's promise to be true?  They will say; yes.  Then a caller amongst them proclaims that God's curse has befallen upon the unjust, -
				الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُمْ بِالآخِرَةِ كَفِرُونَ
	999 531 873 230 602(970), 312(505) 34(48) 7:45			-those who repel from the path of God, and seek to distort it and they are disbelievers in the Hereafter.
				وَبَيْنَهُمَا حِجَابٌ وَعَلَى الأعْرَافِ رِجَالٌ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلا بِسِيمَهُمْ وَنَادَوْا أَصْحَبَ الْجَنَّةِ أَنْ سَلامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَمْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَهُمْ يَطْمَعُونَ
	1000 532 874 231 7:46			And in their midst, there is a barrier.  As for the Purgatory, there are men who recognize every one by their looks.  They say to the  dwellers of Paradise, peace upon you. They did not enter therein just because they wanted it badly.
				وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَرُهُمْ تِلْقَاءَ أَصْحَبِ النَّارِ قَالُوا رَبَّنَا لا تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّلِمِينَ
	1001 533 875 232 234 7:47			And when they turned their eyes towards the dwellers of Hell, they said; our Lord, do not put us with the transgressing people.
				وَنَادَى أَصْحَبُ الأعْرَافِ رِجَالا يَعْرِفُونَهُمْ بِسِيمَهُمْ قَالُوا مَا أَغْنَى عَنْكُمْ جَمْعُكُمْ وَمَا كُنْتُمْ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
	1002 534 876 233 7:48			And the dwellers of the Purgatory call upon those men whom they recognize by their looks, saying your number did not help you and neither your arrogance.
				أَهَؤُلاءِ الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لا يَنَالُهُمُ اللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ لا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلا أَنْتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ
	1003 535 877 234 603(971), 313(506) 35(49) 7:49			Are these not the ones that you swore God's mercy would never touch? Enter Paradise, have no fear and have no grief.
				وَنَادَى أَصْحَبُ النَّارِ أَصْحَبَ الْجَنَّةِ أَنْ أَفِيضُوا عَلَيْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ أَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ قَالُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى الْكَفِرِينَ

				الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَلَعِبًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَوةُ الدُّنْيَا فَالْيَوْمَ نَنْسَهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوا لِقَاءَ يَوْمِهِمْ هَذَا وَمَا كَانُوا بِآيَتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ
	1005 537 879 236 7:51			These are the ones who have taken their religion as entertainment and play and this worldly life has deceived them. Therefore, We neglect them today just as they neglected the meeting of this day and because they constantly renounced Our proofs.
				وَلَقَدْ جِئْنَاهُمْ بِكِتَبٍ فَصَّلْنَهُ عَلَى عِلْمٍ هُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1006 538 880 237 7:52			And We surely have presented them with a fully detailed book, founded on knowledge, a beacon and a mercy for the people who have faith.
				هَلْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلا تَأْوِيلَهُ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي تَأْوِيلُهُ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ نَسُوهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ فَهَلْ لَنَا مِنْ شُفَعَاءَ فَيَشْفَعُوا لَنَا أَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ قَدْ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
	1007 539 881 238 235 7:53			Are they waiting to see its fulfillment? The day it is fulfilled, those who ignored it before say; indeed Our Lord's messengers were truthful. Now do we have any intercessors to intercede on our behalf or could we be sent back to do other than what we used to do? They surely hurt their souls and the very thing they fabricated caused them to go astray.
				إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَوتِ وَالأرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُغْشِي اللَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطْلُبُهُ حَثِيثًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ أَلا لَهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالأمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	1008 540 882 239 605(974,975),315(509,510) 37(52,53) 7:54			Certainly, your Lord is God, the One who created the vacua and matter in six days, then He balanced the dominion, the night covers the day as it pursues it consistently, and the sun and the moon and the stars are obedient to His command.  To Him belong all creations and all commands. Blessed is God, Lord of the multiverse.
				ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ
	1009 541 883 240 7:55			Call upon your Lord, humbly and quietly. He surely does not love the transgressors.
				وَلا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الأرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاحِهَا وَادْعُوهُ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا إِنَّ رَحْمَةَ اللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

				وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالا سُقْنَاهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَيِّتٍ فَأَنْزَلْنَا بِهِ الْمَاءَ فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ كَذَلِكَ نُخْرِجُ الْمَوْتَى لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ
	1011 543 885 242 7:57			And He is the One who sends the wind bringing the good news of His readily available Mercy.  Once the heavy clouds gather, We drive them to the town that was dead, we then send down water therefrom and grow with it all kinds of fruits.  We thus resurrect the dead, that you may be reminded.
				وَالْبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَالَّذِي خَبُثَ لا يَخْرُجُ إِلا نَكِدًا كَذَلِكَ نُصَرِّفُ الآيَتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَشْكُرُونَ
	1012 544 886 243 7:58			As for the town that is pure, its plants germinate with its Lord's permission. And as for the one that is impure, nothing germinates except useless plants.  We thus explain Our signs for the people who are grateful.
				لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
	1013 545 887 244 607(977), 317(512) 39(55) 236 7:59			We certainly sent Noah to His people, he then said; O my people worship God, there is no other god beside Him for you. Indeed, I fear for you the suffering of a great day.
				قَالَ الْمَلأ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ إِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِي ضَللٍ مُبِينٍ

				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي ضَللَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	1015 547 889 246 237 7:61			He said; O my people, I am not astray, but a messenger from the Lord of the multiverse.
				أُبَلِّغُكُمْ رِسَلتِ رَبِّي وَأَنْصَحُ لَكُمْ وَأَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللَّهِ مَا لا تَعْلَمُونَ

				أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَنْ جَاءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ لِيُنْذِرَكُمْ وَلِتَتَّقُوا وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
	1017 549 891 248 7:63			Are you surprised that a reminder has come from your Lord to a man from among you in order to warn you and to make you god-fearing so that you may attain mercy?
				فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَنْجَيْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَأَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا عَمِينَ
	1018 550 892 249 7:64			They eventually rejected him, We therefore saved him and those who had believed with him in the ship and drowned those who rejected Our proofs. They were surely people who were blind.
				وَإِلَى عَادٍ أَخَاهُمْ هُودًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ أَفَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	1019 551 893 250 609(979), 319(514) 41(57) 7:65			As for Aad, We sent their brother Eber. He said; O my people worship God, there is no other god beside Him for you. Would you then become god-fearing?
				قَالَ الْمَلأ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ إِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِي سَفَاهَةٍ وَإِنَّا لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الْكَذِبِينَ
	1020 552 894 251 7:66			A group amongst his people who rejected faith said; we most certainly see that you are a fool and indeed we think that you are a liar.
				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَيْسَ بِي سَفَاهَةٌ وَلَكِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ أَنْ جَاءَكُمْ ذِكْرٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْكُمْ لِيُنْذِرَكُمْ وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِنْ بَعْدِ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَزَادَكُمْ فِي الْخَلْقِ بَسْطَةً فَاذْكُرُوا آلاءَ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
	1023 555 897 254 610(980), 320(515) 42(58) 7:69			Are you surprised that a reminder has come from your Lord to a man from among you in order to warn you and to remind you that He established you after the people of Noah and increased your population greatly?  You shall therefore remember God's blessings upon you that you may succeed.
				قَالُوا أَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّدِقِينَ
	1024 556 898 255 611(981), 321(516) 43(59) 7:70			They said; have you come to make us worship God alone and abandon what our parents used to worship?  Then bring us what you have promised us if you are truthful.
				قَالَ قَدْ وَقَعَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ رِجْسٌ وَغَضَبٌ أَتُجَادِلُونَنِي فِي أَسْمَاءٍ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنْتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُمْ مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ فَانْتَظِرُوا إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ مِنَ الْمُنْتَظِرِينَ
	1025 557 899 256 612(982), 322(517) 44(60) 239 7:71			He said; indeed what has befallen you from your Lord is filth and wrath. Are you arguing with me on behalf of the names that you and your forefathers have invented wherein God has never revealed any authorization?  Then wait and I will wait along with you.
				فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَّا وَقَطَعْنَا دَابِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَمَا كَانُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
	1026 558 900 257 7:72			We therefore saved him and those with him as a mercy from Us and discontinued the progeny of those who rejected Our proofs, and refused to become faithful.
				وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ هَذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللَّهِ وَلا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
	1027 559 901 258 613(983,984,985), 323(518,519,520) 45(61,62,63) 240 7:73			And to Thamoud, We dispatched their brother Saleh.  He said; O my people worship God, there is no other god beside Him for you.  Indeed, a proof has come to you from your Lord.  This is God's camel as a Sign for you, leave her alone and let her eat from God's land; and do not harm her in any way lest you will endure a painful suffering.
				وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِنْ بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَبَوَّأَكُمْ فِي الأرْضِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِنْ سُهُولِهَا قُصُورًا وَتَنْحِتُونَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوتًا فَاذْكُرُوا آلاءَ اللَّهِ وَلا تَعْثَوْا فِي الأرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
	1028 560 902 259 614(986) 324(521) 46(64) 7:74			Furthermore, you shall remember that He established you as substitutes after the people of Aad and established you on the land as you exploited her resources, built castles and carved homes in the mountains. Therefore, remember God's blessings and do not use matter wickedly as corruptors.
				قَالَ الْمَلأ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُرْسَلٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ
	1029 561 903 260 7:75			The arrogant group among his people said to the humble ones who had attained faith; how did you know for sure that Saleh is a messenger from his Lord? They said; we indeed believed in the message he brought.
				قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا بِالَّذِي آمَنْتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ
	1030 562 904 261 7:76			The arrogant ones said; we certainly disbelieve in what you have believed.
				فَعَقَرُوا النَّاقَةَ وَعَتَوْا عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ وَقَالُوا يَا صَالِحُ ائْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	1031 563 905 262 7:77			Thereafter they maimed her and rebelled against the command of their Lord, while saying; O Saleh bring us what you had promised us if you are one of the messengers.
				فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ
	1032 564 906 263 7:78			Afterwards, the quake overwhelmed them, and then in the morning, they laid motionless in their homes.
				فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ وَلَكِنْ لا تُحِبُّونَ النَّاصِحِينَ
	1033 565 907 264 241 7:79			Subsequently, he walked away from them saying; O my people I indeed delivered my Lord's messages and gave you advice, however, you did not like an advisor.
				وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ
	1034 566 908 265 7:80			As for Lot, he said to his people, why are you coming up with such an abomination unprecedented in the world?
				إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ
	1035 567 909 266 7:81			You persistently desire men instead of women. You are indeed transgressing people.
				وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
	1036 568 910 267 7:82			The only response from his people was to say; evict them from your town, these people indeed wish to be pure.
				فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ
	1037 569 911 268 242 7:83			We therefore saved him and his family, except his wife who was to become history.
				وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
	1038 570 912 269 7:84			And We showered them and what a shower! Therefore, note the consequences for the guilty.
				وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَالْمِيزَانَ وَلا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الأرْضِ بَعْدَ إِصْلاحِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	1039 571 913 270 615(987), 325(522) 47(65) 7:85			And to Medians, We dispatched their brother Jethro.  He said; O my people worship God, there is no other god beside Him for you.  Indeed a proof has come to you from your Lord. Therefore, you shall measure and weigh equitably, and do not cheat people out of their belongings and do not corrupt the land after it is set right. This is better for you if you are faithful.
				وَلا تَقْعُدُوا بِكُلِّ صِرَطٍ تُوعِدُونَ وَتَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَتَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ كُنْتُمْ قَلِيلا فَكَثَّرَكُمْ وَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
	1040 572 914 271 616(988), 326(523) 48(66) 7:86			And stop blocking every path, seeking to repel from the path of God those who have faith in Him and try to distort it. And remember that you were few and He multiplied you; and you shall note the consequences for those who spread corruption.
				وَإِنْ كَانَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْكُمْ آمَنُوا بِالَّذِي أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ وَطَائِفَةٌ لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا فَاصْبِرُوا حَتَّى يَحْكُمَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَنَا وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِينَ
	1041 573 915 272 617(989), 327(524) 49(67) 7:87			Hence, a group of you have believed in what I was sent with and another group has not believed, therefore, wait until God's judgment is issued and He is the best judge.
				قَالَ الْمَلأ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لَنُخْرِجَنَّكَ يَا شُعَيْبُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَكَ مِنْ قَرْيَتِنَا أَوْ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَا قَالَ أَوَلَوْ كُنَّا كَارِهِينَ
	1042 574 916 273 7:88			The arrogant group amongst his people said; we will surely banish you and those who have believed with you from our town O Jethro, unless you rejoin our nation. He said; are you going to force us?
				قَدِ افْتَرَيْنَا عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا إِنْ عُدْنَا فِي مِلَّتِكُمْ بَعْدَ إِذْ نَجَّانَا اللَّهُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَكُونُ لَنَا أَنْ نَعُودَ فِيهَا إِلا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَسِعَ رَبُّنَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
	1043 575 917 274 618(990,991,992,993), 328(525,526,527,528) 50(68,69,70,71) 243 7:89			We would certainly be attributing a lie to God, if we rejoin your nation after God has saved us from it. Furthermore, we have no basis to rejoin your nation unless God, our Lord wills so.  Our Lord's knowledge encompasses all things. In God we trust. Our Lord, judge between us and our people to bring the truth for you are the best judge.
				وَقَالَ الْمَلأ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتُمْ شُعَيْبًا إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَخَاسِرُونَ
	1044 576 918 275 7:90			And the group of unfaithful amongst his people said; if you follow Jethro you will indeed be losers.
				فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ
	1045 577 919 276 7:91			The quake overwhelmed them; then in the morning, they laid still in their homes.
				الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا شُعَيْبًا كَأَنْ لَمْ يَغْنَوْا فِيهَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا شُعَيْبًا كَانُوا هُمُ الْخَاسِرِينَ
	1046 578 920 277 7:92			Those who rejected Jethro became as though they never existed. Those who rejected Jethro, ended up losers.
				فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالاتِ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ فَكَيْفَ آسَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ كَافِرِينَ
	1047 579 921 278 7:93			Subsequently, he walked away from them and said; O my people I indeed delivered my Lord's messages and gave you advice, therefore, how can I grieve over the unfaithful people?
				وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلا أَخَذْنَا أَهْلَهَا بِالْبَأْسَاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَضَّرَّعُونَ
	1048 580 922 279 7:94			And We did not send to any community prophets without afflicting its population with war and disaster that they may implore.
				ثُمَّ بَدَّلْنَا مَكَانَ السَّيِّئَةِ الْحَسَنَةَ حَتَّى عَفَوْا وَقَالُوا قَدْ مَسَّ آبَاءَنَا الضَّرَّاءُ وَالسَّرَّاءُ فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لا يَشْعُرُونَ
	1049 581 923 280 7:95			We then replaced the bad with the good but they turned heedless and said; it is like our parents who faced disaster and prosperity, We subsequently punished them suddenly while they did not perceive.
				وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَى آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَرَكَاتٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأرْضِ وَلَكِنْ كَذَّبُوا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
	1050 582 924 281 7:96			If only the dwellers of the communities had believed and become god-fearing, We surely would have opened up for them blessings from the vacuum and matter, however, they disbelieved, consequently We punished them for what they earned.
				أَفَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا وَهُمْ نَائِمُونَ
	1051 583 925 282 244 7:97			Do the dwellers of the communities feel secure that Our might will not come to them while they are in their homes, sleeping?
				أَوَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا ضُحًى وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ
	1052 584 926 283 7:98			Do the dwellers of the communities feel secure that Our might will not come to them while they are playing in the forenoon?
				أَفَأَمِنُوا مَكْرَ اللَّهِ فَلا يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللَّهِ إِلا الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ

				أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لِلَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ الأرْضَ مِنْ بَعْدِ أَهْلِهَا أَنْ لَوْ نَشَاءُ أَصَبْنَاهُمْ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَنَطْبَعُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لا يَسْمَعُونَ
	1054 586 928 285 7:100			Or did He not point out to those who inherited the land after her previous inhabitants that had We willed, We could have punished them for their sins? Furthermore we seal their hearts, and they cannot pay attention.
				تِلْكَ الْقُرَى نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنْبَائِهَا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُوا لِيُؤْمِنُوا بِمَا كَذَّبُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِ الْكَافِرِينَ
	1055 587 929 286 620(996), 330(531) 52(74) 245 7:101			We thus narrate to you news from various communities.  For indeed, their messengers came to them with proofs, however, they were not to believe in what they rejected in the past.  God thus seals the hearts of the unfaithful.
				وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لأكْثَرِهِمْ مِنْ عَهْدٍ وَإِنْ وَجَدْنَا أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَاسِقِينَ
	1056 588 930 287 7:102			And We found the majority of them disregarding their covenant and We found the majority of them to be indeed wicked.
				ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَظَلَمُوا بِهَا فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
	1057 589 931 288 246 7:103			Afterwards, We dispatched Moses with Our proofs to Pharaoh and his people; however, they were biased towards them.  Therefore, note the consequence for those who spread corruption.
				وَقَالَ مُوسَى يَا فِرْعَوْنُ إِنِّي رَسُولٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

				My duty is that I do not say anything about God, except the truth.  I have indeed come to you with proofs from your Lord; therefore, let the Children of Israel depart with me.
				قَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ جِئْتَ بِآيَةٍ فَأْتِ بِهَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
	1060 592 934 291 7:106			He said; if you have come with a proof then present it if you are truthful.
				فَأَلْقَى عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُبِينٌ
	1061 593 935 292 247 7:107			He then threw down his staff whereupon it became a manifest serpent.
				وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ بَيْضَاءُ لِلنَّاظِرِينَ
	1062 594 936 293 7:108			And he put his hand in his pocket and it became white to the beholders.
				قَالَ الْمَلأ مِنْ قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّ هَذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
	1063 595 937 294 248 7:109			A group amongst Pharaoh's people said; surely this is a knowledgeable magician.
				يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنْ أَرْضِكُمْ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ
	1064 596 938 295 7:110			He wants to evict you from your land; what is your recommendation?
				قَالُوا أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَأَرْسِلْ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَاشِرِينَ
	1065 597 939 296 7:111			They said; respite him and his brother and dispatch emissaries to cities as recruiters –
				يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَاحِرٍ عَلِيمٍ
	1066 598 940 297 7:112			– to bring you every knowledgeable magician.
				وَجَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ قَالُوا إِنَّ لَنَا لأجْرًا إِنْ كُنَّا نَحْنُ الْغَالِبِينَ
	1067 599 941 298 249 7:113			And the magicians came to Pharaoh saying would we have a reward if we are victorious?
				قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ لَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
	1068 600 942 299 7:114			He said; of course and you will indeed be amongst the close ones.
				قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى إِمَّا أَنْ تُلْقِيَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ نَكُونَ نَحْنُ الْمُلْقِينَ
	1069 601 943 300 7:115			They said; O Moses, either you throw or we throw.
				قَالَ أَلْقُوا فَلَمَّا أَلْقَوْا سَحَرُوا أَعْيُنَ النَّاسِ وَاسْتَرْهَبُوهُمْ وَجَاءُوا بِسِحْرٍ عَظِيمٍ
	1070 602 944 301 7:116			He said; you throw. When they threw, they bewitched people's eyes and awed them and they produced a great magic.
				وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ
	1071 603 945 302 7:117			And We inspired Moses; throw your staff, it will then swallow what they fabricated.
				فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	1072 604 946 303 7:118			The truth was therefore established and it nullified their efforts.
				فَغُلِبُوا هُنَالِكَ وَانْقَلَبُوا صَاغِرِينَ
	1073 605 947 304 7:119			As they were defeated, and humbly retreated.
				وَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سَاجِدِينَ
	1074 606 948 305 7:120			And the magicians fell prostrate.
				قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
	1075 607 949 306 7:121			They said; we believe in the Lord of the multiverse.
				رَبِّ مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ
	1076 608 950 307 7:122			Lord of Moses and Aaron.
				قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ آمَنْتُمْ بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّ هَذَا لَمَكْرٌ مَكَرْتُمُوهُ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ لِتُخْرِجُوا مِنْهَا أَهْلَهَا فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ
	1077 609 951 308 7:123			Pharaoh said; did you believe in Him before I granted you permission?  This is a plot that you have schemed in this city in order to evict its inhabitants therefrom.  You shall therefore soon find out!
				لأقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ مِنْ خِلافٍ ثُمَّ لأصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
	1078 610 952 309 7:124			I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on alternate sides, and then I will crucify all of you.
				قَالُوا إِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا مُنْقَلِبُونَ
	1079 611 953 310 7:125			They said, we will indeed return to our Lord.
				وَمَا تَنْقِمُ مِنَّا إِلا أَنْ آمَنَّا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّنَا لَمَّا جَاءَتْنَا رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا وَتَوَفَّنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
	1080 612 954 311 7:126			You are taking revenge on us just because we believed in our Lord's proofs once they were manifested to us.  Our Lord, grant us patience and terminate our lives as peace-offerors.
				وَقَالَ الْمَلأ مِنْ قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَى وَقَوْمَهُ لِيُفْسِدُوا فِي الأرْضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَآلِهَتَكَ قَالَ سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَنَسْتَحْيِي نِسَاءَهُمْ وَإِنَّا فَوْقَهُمْ قَاهِرُونَ
	1081 613 955 312 250 7:127			In the meantime, a group among Pharaoh's people said; if you leave Moses and his people alone, they will corrupt the land and will undermine you and your gods.  He said; we shall kill their males and bring shame to their women.  We will indeed be victorious over them.
				قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللَّهِ وَاصْبِرُوا إِنَّ الأرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
	1082 614 956 313 622(998,999),332(533,534) 54(76,77) 7:128			Moses said to his people; you shall ask God for help and be patient.  Indeed the land belongs to God; it will be inherited by whomever He wills from among His servants.  And this is the destiny for those who are god-fearing.
				قَالُوا أُوذِينَا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنَا وَمِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جِئْتَنَا قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الأرْضِ فَيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ
	1083 615 957 314 7:129			They said; we were tormented before you came to us as well as after you arrived.  He said your Lord may annihilate your enemies and substitute you on the land instead, and then see how you do.
				وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَا آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ بِالسِّنِينَ وَنَقْصٍ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
	1084 616 958 315 7:130			And We indeed punished Pharaoh's people for years and afflicted them with shortage of fruits that they may take heed.
				فَإِذَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْحَسَنَةُ قَالُوا لَنَا هَذِهِ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَطَّيَّرُوا بِمُوسَى وَمَنْ مَعَهُ أَلا إِنَّمَا طَائِرُهُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لا يَعْلَمُونَ
	1085 617 959 316 623(1000), 333(535) 55(78) 251 7:131			Then, when prosperity came their way, they said; we surely deserve this, and when adversity befell them they blamed the bad omen on Moses and those with him. Alas, indeed their bad omen was due to God; however, most of them did not realize it.
				وَقَالُوا مَهْمَا تَأْتِنَا بِهِ مِنْ آيَةٍ لِتَسْحَرَنَا بِهَا فَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
	1086 618 960 317 7:132			They further said; you did not bring these signs except to bewitch us, we therefore do not believe you.
				فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الطُّوفَانَ وَالْجَرَادَ وَالْقُمَّلَ وَالضَّفَادِعَ وَالدَّمَ آيَاتٍ مُفَصَّلاتٍ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا مُجْرِمِينَ
	1087 619 961 318 7:133			We therefore sent down upon them the storm, the locusts, the lice, the frogs and the blood, detailed signs, however, they turned arrogant; they were wicked people.
				وَلَمَّا وَقَعَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّجْزُ قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِنْدَكَ لَئِنْ كَشَفْتَ عَنَّا الرِّجْزَ لَنُؤْمِنَنَّ لَكَ وَلَنُرْسِلَنَّ مَعَكَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
	1088 620 962 319 7:134			And each time adversity befell them, they said; O Moses, call upon your Lord on our behalf, according to the covenant He has with you, to remove this adversity from us and we will surely believe for your sake and we will indeed let the Children of Israel go with you.
				فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ الرِّجْزَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ هُمْ بَالِغُوهُ إِذَا هُمْ يَنْكُثُونَ
	1089 621 963 320 7:135			However, once We relieved from them the agony for a while, they broke their promise.
				فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا عَنْهَا غَافِلِينَ
	1090 622 964 321 7:136			We therefore avenged their actions and drowned them in the sea, because they rejected Our proofs and ignored them.
				وَأَوْرَثْنَا الْقَوْمَ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَارِقَ الأرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ الْحُسْنَى عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْرِشُونَ
	1091 623 965 322 252 7:137			And We let the oppressed people inherit the land that We had blessed both in the east and in the west. And the word of your Lord was complete in goodness upon the Children of Israel for their perseverance, and We destroyed what Pharaoh and his people manufactured and what they constructed.
				وَجَاوَزْنَا بِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْبَحْرَ فَأَتَوْا عَلَى قَوْمٍ يَعْكُفُونَ عَلَى أَصْنَامٍ لَهُمْ قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى اجْعَلْ لَنَا إِلَهًا كَمَا لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُونَ
	1092 624 966 323 7:138			And We allowed the Children of Israel to cross the sea, and they came upon a people who were devoted to statues. They said; O Moses set up a god for us like their gods. He said; indeed you are ignorant people.
				إِنَّ هَؤُلاءِ مُتَبَّرٌ مَا هُمْ فِيهِ وَبَاطِلٌ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	1093 625 967 324 253 7:139			They were surely doomed because of their deed and what they were doing was futile.
				قَالَ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِيكُمْ إِلَهًا وَهُوَ فَضَّلَكُمْ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ
	1094 626 968 325 624(1001), 334(536) 56(79) 7:140			He said; are you seeking a god beside God, when He has preferred you over all the people -
				وَإِذْ أَنْجَيْنَاكُمْ مِنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يُقَتِّلُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءَكُمْ وَفِي ذَلِكُمْ بَلاءٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌ
	1095 627 969 326 7:141			- and in spite of the fact that He saved you from Pharaoh's people who inflicted upon you the worst punishment as they killed your sons and brought shame on your women.  This was a test for you from your great Lord.
				وَوَاعَدْنَا مُوسَى ثَلاثِينَ لَيْلَةً وَأَتْمَمْنَاهَا بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ مِيقَاتُ رَبِّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً وَقَالَ مُوسَى لأخِيهِ هَارُونَ اخْلُفْنِي فِي قَوْمِي وَأَصْلِحْ وَلا تَتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
	1096 628 970 327 7:142			And We granted an audience to Moses for thirty nights and completed it by adding ten; he therefore spent a period of time totaling forty nights at his Lord. And Moses said to his brother Aaron you shall serve as my substitute amongst my people and maintain righteousness and do not follow the ways of the wicked.
				وَلَمَّا جَاءَ مُوسَى لِمِيقَاتِنَا وَكَلَّمَهُ رَبُّهُ قَالَ رَبِّ أَرِنِي أَنْظُرْ إِلَيْكَ قَالَ لَنْ تَرَانِي وَلَكِنِ انْظُرْ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ فَإِنِ اسْتَقَرَّ مَكَانَهُ فَسَوْفَ تَرَانِي فَلَمَّا تَجَلَّى رَبُّهُ لِلْجَبَلِ جَعَلَهُ دَكًّا وَخَرَّ مُوسَى صَعِقًا فَلَمَّا أَفَاقَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَأَنَا أَوَّلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	1097 629 971 328 7:143			And when Moses arrived at the appointed place, and his Lord spoke to him, he said; Lord let me look at you. He said; you cannot see me, however, look at that mountain, if it stays in its place, then you can see me.  Then, once his Lord manifested Himself to the mountain, He caused it to crumble and Moses fell unconscious.  Later, when he regained consciousness, he said; glory to you, I repent to you and I am the first of the faithful.
				قَالَ يَا مُوسَى إِنِّي اصْطَفَيْتُكَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بِرِسَالاتِي وَبِكَلامِي فَخُذْ مَا آتَيْتُكَ وَكُنْ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
	1098 630 972 329 7:144			He said; O Moses, I have chosen you over all the people to deliver my messages and my word, therefore, hold fast to what I have given you and be appreciative.
				وَكَتَبْنَا لَهُ فِي الألْوَاحِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مَوْعِظَةً وَتَفْصِيلا لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَخُذْهَا بِقُوَّةٍ وَأْمُرْ قَوْمَكَ يَأْخُذُوا بِأَحْسَنِهَا سَأُرِيكُمْ دَارَ الْفَاسِقِينَ
	1099 631 973 330 7:145			And We wrote for him on the tablets enlightenment of every kind and details of everything, therefore, you shall take it seriously and instruct your people to uphold it in the best possible manner. I will soon show you the abode of the wicked.
				سَأَصْرِفُ عَنْ آيَاتِيَ الَّذِينَ يَتَكَبَّرُونَ فِي الأرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَإِنْ يَرَوْا كُلَّ آيَةٍ لا يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَا وَإِنْ يَرَوْا سَبِيلَ الرُّشْدِ لا يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلا وَإِنْ يَرَوْا سَبِيلَ الْغَيِّ يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلا ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا عَنْهَا غَافِلِينَ
	1100 632 974 331 7:146			I will divert from My Signs those who are arrogant throughout the land, disregarding the truth. Consequently, when they see a sign they will not believe in it and when they see the way of guidance they will not take it as the path, however, when they see the way of straying, they will take it as the path. This is because they rejected Our proofs and were totally heedless thereof.
				وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَلِقَاءِ الآخِرَةِ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	1101 633 975 332 7:147			As for those who rejected Our proofs and the meeting of the Hereafter, all their works are nullified.  Should they not receive the requital of their work?
				وَاتَّخَذَ قَوْمُ مُوسَى مِنْ بَعْدِهِ مِنْ حُلِيِّهِمْ عِجْلا جَسَدًا لَهُ خُوَارٌ أَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّهُ لا يُكَلِّمُهُمْ وَلا يَهْدِيهِمْ سَبِيلا اتَّخَذُوهُ وَكَانُوا ظَالِمِينَ
	1102 634 976 333 7:148			And right after he left, the people of Moses made a statue of a calf from their jewelry, which made a noise.  Did they not see that it could not speak to them nor could it guide them in any way?  They preferred it anyway and thus became transgressors.
				وَلَمَّا سُقِطَ فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ وَرَأَوْا أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ ضَلُّوا قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْنَا رَبُّنَا وَيَغْفِرْ لَنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
	1103 635 977 334 254 7:149			And once it crashed in front of them and they realized that they have indeed gone astray, they said; unless our Lord has mercy upon us and forgives us, we will surely end up losers.
				وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَى إِلَى قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِي مِنْ بَعْدِي أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ وَأَلْقَى الألْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِي وَكَادُوا يَقْتُلُونَنِي فَلا تُشْمِتْ بِيَ الأعْدَاءَ وَلا تَجْعَلْنِي مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
	1104 636 978 335 7:150			And when Moses returned to his people, angry and disappointed, he said; evil indeed is what you made for me in my absence.  Are you anxious to see your Lord's might? And he threw down the tablets and took his brother by his head, pulling him toward him.  He said; O my mother's son, indeed the people found me weak and almost killed me. Do not scold me in front of my enemies and do not count me with the transgressing people.
				قَالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلأخِي وَأَدْخِلْنَا فِي رَحْمَتِكَ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
	1105 637 979 336 255 7:151			He said, Lord, forgive me and my brother and have mercy upon us, for You are the most merciful of the merciful ones.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا الْعِجْلَ سَيَنَالُهُمْ غَضَبٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ وَذِلَّةٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُفْتَرِينَ
	1106 638 980 337 7:152			Surely those who preferred the calf have deserved wrath from their Lord and misery in this worldly life.  We thus requite the fabricators.
				وَالَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ ثُمَّ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهَا وَآمَنُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنْ بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
	1107 639 981 338 7:153			As for those who commit evil then repent afterwards and believe, then indeed your Lord is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
				وَلَمَّا سَكَتَ عَنْ مُوسَى الْغَضَبُ أَخَذَ الألْوَاحَ وَفِي نُسْخَتِهَا هُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِرَبِّهِمْ يَرْهَبُونَ
	1108 640 982 339 7:154			And when Moses' anger subsided, he picked up the tablets, which prescribed guidance and mercy for those who are mindful of their Lord.
				وَاخْتَارَ مُوسَى قَوْمَهُ سَبْعِينَ رَجُلا لِمِيقَاتِنَا فَلَمَّا أَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ أَهْلَكْتَهُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَإِيَّايَ أَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ السُّفَهَاءُ مِنَّا إِنْ هِيَ إِلا فِتْنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَنْ تَشَاءُ وَتَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ أَنْتَ وَلِيُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْغَافِرِينَ
	1109 641 983 340 7:155			And Moses chose seventy men from among his people to have an audience with Us.  Then once the quake shook them, He said, Lord, had You willed, You could have annihilated them and me in the past.  Will You annihilate us because of what the foolish ones amongst us did? This is Your test, by which You mislead whomever You will and guide whomever You will.  You are Our Lord, therefore, forgive us and have mercy upon us and you are the best forgiver.
				وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدْنَا إِلَيْكَ قَالَ عَذَابِي أُصِيبُ بِهِ مَنْ أَشَاءُ وَرَحْمَتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَسَأَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ بِآيَاتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1110 642 984 341 7:156			And decree for us goodness in this world as well as in the Hereafter, indeed we are guided toward You.  He said; My punishment is to strike whomever I will, however, My Mercy encompasses all things.  Therefore, I will reserve it for those who are god-fearing and give the cleansing charity and those who believe in Our proofs.
				الَّذِينَ يَتَّبِعُونَ الرَّسُولَ النَّبِيَّ الأمِّيَّ الَّذِي يَجِدُونَهُ مَكْتُوبًا عِنْدَهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإنْجِيلِ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَاهُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَيُحِلُّ لَهُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَيُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْخَبَائِثَ وَيَضَعُ عَنْهُمْ إِصْرَهُمْ وَالأغْلالَ الَّتِي كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ فَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ وَعَزَّرُوهُ وَنَصَرُوهُ وَاتَّبَعُوا النُّورَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ مَعَهُ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
	1111 643 985 342 256 7:157			Those who follow the messenger, the layman prophet, the one whom was mentioned in what is left for them in the Torah and the Injeel, as he exhorts them to righteousness and forbids them from committing evil and makes lawful for them pure things and prohibits for them impure things and removes the burden and shackles imposed upon them. Therefore, those who believe in him and respect him and help him and follow the light that was revealed to him are the winners.
				قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ جَمِيعًا الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضِ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ فَآمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ النَّبِيِّ الأمِّيِّ الَّذِي يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتِهِ وَاتَّبِعُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ
	1112 644 986 343 625(1002,1003,1004), 335(537,538,539) 57(80,81,82) 7:158			Say; O you people, indeed I am God's messenger to you, the One to whom belongs everything in the vacua and matter, there is no god except He, He grants life and death, therefore, you shall believe in God and His messenger, the layman prophet, the one who believes in God and His words, therefore, you shall follow him that you may find guidance.
				وَمِنْ قَوْمِ مُوسَى أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ
	1113 645 987 344 7:159			And among Moses' people, there is a group who guides according to the truth and with it they judge.
				وَقَطَّعْنَهُمُ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ أَسْبَاطًا أُمَمًا وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى إِذِ اسْتَسْقَاهُ قَوْمُهُ أَنِ اضْرِبْ بِعَصَاكَ الْحَجَرَ فَانْبَجَسَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَيْنًا قَدْ عَلِمَ كُلُّ أُنَاسٍ مَشْرَبَهُمْ وَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الْغَمَامَ وَأَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَنَّ وَالسَّلْوَى كُلُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ وَمَا ظَلَمُونَا وَلَكِنْ كَانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ
	1114 646 988 345 7:160			We divided them into twelve tribal communities.  And We inspired Moses; when his people asked him for water, to hit the rock with your staff, thereafter twelve springs gushed out of it. So indeed, each community recognized its drinking fountain.  And We shaded them with the clouds and sent down to them manna and quail; you shall eat from the pure things that We have provided for you. Moreover, they did not hurt Us in the least, but they hurt their own souls.
				وَإِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمُ اسْكُنُوا هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةَ وَكُلُوا مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمْ وَقُولُوا حِطَّةٌ وَادْخُلُوا الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا نَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ خَطِيئَاتِكُمْ سَنَزِيدُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	1115 647 989 346 7:161			And when they were told settle down in this town and eat whatever you desire and speak nicely and enter the gate humbly, We will then forgive your errors. We will soon reward the righteous.
				فَبَدَّلَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْهُمْ قَوْلا غَيْرَ الَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِجْزًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَظْلِمُونَ
	1116 648 990 347 7:162			Thereafter the transgressors amongst them changed the instructions that were given to them. We therefore poured upon them misery from the sky due to their transgression.
				وَاسْأَلْهُمْ عَنِ الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي كَانَتْ حَاضِرَةَ الْبَحْرِ إِذْ يَعْدُونَ فِي السَّبْتِ إِذْ تَأْتِيهِمْ حِيتَانُهُمْ يَوْمَ سَبْتِهِمْ شُرَّعًا وَيَوْمَ لا يَسْبِتُونَ لا تَأْتِيهِمْ كَذَلِكَ نَبْلُوهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْسُقُونَ
	1117 649 991 348 257 7:163			And ask them about the community by the sea who desecrated the Sabbath when the fish were plentiful on the Sabbath but not so on other days. This is how We tested them because of the wickedness they practiced.
				وَإِذْ قَالَتْ أُمَّةٌ مِنْهُمْ لِمَ تَعِظُونَ قَوْمًا اللَّهُ مُهْلِكُهُمْ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا قَالُوا مَعْذِرَةً إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ
	1118 650 992 349 626(1005), 336(540) 58(83) 7:164			And when a group amongst them said; why enlighten a people whom God would annihilate or punish them severely anyway? They responded; because this is an apology to your Lord, and for them that they may become righteous.
				فَلَمَّا نَسُوا مَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ أَنْجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَأَخَذْنَا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا بِعَذَابٍ بَئِيسٍ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْسُقُونَ
	1119 651 993 350 7:165			Therefore, once they forgot their reminder, We saved those who enjoined from evil and punished the transgressors with the worst suffering due to the wickedness they practiced.
				فَلَمَّا عَتَوْا عَنْ مَا نُهُوا عَنْهُ قُلْنَا لَهُمْ كُونُوا قِرَدَةً خَاسِئِينَ
	1120 652 994 351 7:166			As for those who turned away from what they were instructed to avoid, We said to them; be you despicable apes.
				وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكَ لَيَبْعَثَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَمَةِ مَنْ يَسُومُهُمْ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَسَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
	1121 653 995 352 258 7:167			And when your Lord wills, He will surely raise those against them who inflict the worst punishment upon them until the Day of Resurrection; for indeed your Lord is quick in exacting retribution and indeed He is most assuredly All Forgiving, All Merciful.
				وَقَطَّعْنَهُمْ فِي الأرْضِ أُمَمًا مِنْهُمُ الصَّلِحُونَ وَمِنْهُمْ دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَبَلَوْنَهُمْ بِالْحَسَنَتِ وَالسَّيِّئَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
	1122 654 996 353 7:168			And We scattered them throughout the land into communities; amongst them are the righteous and amongst them are less than righteous; and We tested them with prosperity and misery that they may return.
				فَخَلَفَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ وَرِثُوا الْكِتَبَ يَأْخُذُونَ عَرَضَ هَذَا الأدْنَى وَيَقُولُونَ سَيُغْفَرُ لَنَا وَإِنْ يَأْتِهِمْ عَرَضٌ مِثْلُهُ يَأْخُذُوهُ أَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ عَلَيْهِمْ مِيثَقُ الْكِتَبِ أَنْ لا يَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ إِلا الْحَقَّ وَدَرَسُوا مَا فِيهِ وَالدَّارُ الآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلا تَعْقِلُونَ
	1123 655 997 354 627(1006), 337(541) 59(84) 7:169			Then, We substituted after them generations who inherited the scripture, who preferred the materials of this world, saying we will soon be forgiven and if similar materials came their way, they grabbed it.  Do they not have a covenant according to the scripture not to say about God except the truth, despite the fact that they study its content?  And indeed the abode of the Hereafter is better for those who are god-fearing.  Do they not think?
				وَالَّذِينَ يُمَسِّكُونَ بِالْكِتَبِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلوةَ إِنَّا لا نُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُصْلِحِينَ
	1124 656 998 355 7:170			As for those who uphold the scripture and observe the contact prayers, We never put to waste the reward for the righteous.
				وَإِذْ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُ ظُلَّةٌ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْ خُذُوا مَا آتَيْنَاكُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ وَاذْكُرُوا مَا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
	1125 657 999 356 7:171			And when We raised the mountain over them like a canopy, they thought it was going to crash on them; you shall hold on strongly to what has been revealed to you and remember what is in it that you may become righteous.
				وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ مِنْ ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ قَالُوا بَلَى شَهِدْنَا أَنْ تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَمَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَذَا غَفِلِينَ
	1126 658 1000 357 7:172			And when your Lord gathered all children of Adam, comprising all generations, to bear witness for themselves; am I not your Lord? They said yes indeed, we bear witness, lest you may say on the Day of Resurrection; we were unaware of this.
				أَوْ تَقُولُوا إِنَّمَا أَشْرَكَ آبَاؤُنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَكُنَّا ذُرِّيَّةً مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ أَفَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ
	1127 659 1001 358 259 7:173			Or say that indeed our parents used to set up partners for god before us and we are their progeny after them. Are you going to annihilate us because of what the falsifiers did?
				وَكَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الآيَتِ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
	1128 660 1002 359 7:174			And We thus explain the signs that they may return.
				وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ الَّذِي آتَيْنَهُ آيَتِنَا فَانْسَلَخَ مِنْهَا فَأَتْبَعَهُ الشَّيْطَنُ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ
	1129 661 1003 360 7:175			And narrate for them the news of the one who was given Our proofs, but he disregarded them, consequently, Satan followed him and he became one of the strayers.
				وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَرَفَعْنَهُ بِهَا وَلَكِنَّهُ أَخْلَدَ إِلَى الأرْضِ وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ فَمَثَلُهُ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ إِنْ تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْهِ يَلْهَثْ أَوْ تَتْرُكْهُ يَلْهَثْ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا فَاقْصُصِ الْقَصَصَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
	1130 662 1004 361 7:176			And had We willed, We could have indeed raised him therewith, but he chose to stick to the ground, and follow his ego. His example is like a dog who pants whether you pet him or ignore him.  Such is the example of the people who reject Our proofs. Therefore, you shall narrate their story that they may ponder.
				سَاءَ مَثَلا الْقَوْمُ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا وَأَنْفُسَهُمْ كَانُوا يَظْلِمُونَ
	1131 663 1005 362 7:177			A poor example is set by those people who rejected Our signs and were transgressors.
				مَنْ يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِي وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْخَسِرُونَ
	1132 664 1006 363 628(1007), 338(542) 60(85) 7:178			Whomever God guides, then he is truly guided and those whom He sends astray then these are the losers.
				وَلَقَدْ ذَرَأْنَا لِجَهَنَّمَ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالإنْسِ لَهُمْ قُلُوبٌ لا يَفْقَهُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ لا يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا وَلَهُمْ آذَانٌ لا يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا أُولَئِكَ كَالأنْعَمِ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْغَفِلُونَ
	1133 665 1007 364 260 7:179			And we have surely committed to Gehenna multitudes of jinns and humans. They have minds, with which they cannot comprehend, and they have eyes with which they cannot see and they have ears with which they cannot hear.  They are like livestock; no they are even more astray.  They are totally heedless.
				وَلِلَّهِ الأسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا وَذَرُوا الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي أَسْمَائِهِ سَيُجْزَوْنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	1134 666 1008 365 629(1008), 339(543) 61(86) 7:180			And to God belongs the most beautiful names, you shall, therefore, call upon Him therewith, and ignore those who distort His names. They will soon be requited for what they do.
				وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ
	1135 667 1009 366 261 7:181			And amongst Our creation are a group who guides according to the truth, and they are equitable.
				وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَتِنَا سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا يَعْلَمُونَ
	1136 668 1010 367 7:182			As for those who reject Our proofs, We will rank them in such a way that they would not even realize it.
				وَأُمْلِي لَهُمْ إِنَّ كَيْدِي مَتِينٌ
	1137 669 1011 368 7:183			And I give them time. Indeed My plan is formidable.
				أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا مَا بِصَاحِبِهِمْ مِنْ جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
	1138 670 1012 369 7:184			Do they not realize that their friend is not possessed by jinns?  He is a manifest warner.
				أَوَلَمْ يَنْظُرُوا فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1139 671 1013 370 630(1009), 340(544) 62(87) 7:185			Do they not look into the kingdom of the vacua and matter and how God created everything, and do they not think that their interim may be almost over?  Therefore, in which Hadeeth beside this do they believe?
				مَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَلا هَادِيَ لَهُ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
	1140 672 1014 371 631(1010), 341(545) 63(88) 7:186			Whomever God sends astray, he has no guide.  And He leaves them in their rebellious ways, blundering.
				يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ رَبِّي لا يُجَلِّيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا إِلا هُوَ ثَقُلَتْ فِي السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضِ لا تَأْتِيكُمْ إِلا بَغْتَةً يَسْأَلُونَكَ كَأَنَّكَ حَفِيٌّ عَنْهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ
	1141 673 1015 372 632(1011), 342(546) 64(89) 7:187			They ask you about the Hour and when it will come to pass. Say; indeed its knowledge is with my Lord.  No one reveals its time except Him.  Heavy it is indeed in the vacua and matter.  It will not come to pass except suddenly. They ask you as though you know about it.  Say; indeed its knowledge is with God, however, most people do not know.
				قُلْ لا أَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِي نَفْعًا وَلا ضَرًّا إِلا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ وَلَوْ كُنْتُ أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ لاسْتَكْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ وَمَا مَسَّنِيَ السُّوءُ إِنْ أَنَا إِلا نَذِيرٌ وَبَشِيرٌ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1142 674 1016 373 633(1012), 343(547) 65(90) 7:188			Say; I cannot benefit or harm myself except in accordance with God's will.  And if I knew the future, I would have increased the prosperity for myself and no evil would have touched me. I am no more than a warner as well as a bearer of good news for the faithful.
				هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَفْسٍ وَحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلا خَفِيفًا فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَتْ دَعَوَا اللَّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَلِحًا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّكِرِينَ
	1143 675 1017 374 634(1013), 344(548) 66(91) 7:189			He is the One who created you from a single soul and made from her, her mate in order to achieve tranquility with her.  Then once the conception occurred, she carries a small load that hardly can be noticed.  Then when it becomes heavier, they implore God, the Lord of both, if you only grant us a righteous one, we will indeed be grateful.
				فَلَمَّا آتَاهُمَا صَلِحًا جَعَلا لَهُ شُرَكَاءَ فِيمَا آتَاهُمَا فَتَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
	1144 676 1018 375 635(1014), 345(549) 67(92) 7:190			However, when He grants the two of them a righteous one, they set up a partner for Him out of what He has given them. After all God is the Exalted One, far above having partners.
				أَيُشْرِكُونَ مَا لا يَخْلُقُ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ
	1145 677 1019 376 262 7:191			Are they setting up partners for Him who have not created a thing and themselves are created?
				وَلا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ لَهُمْ نَصْرًا وَلا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَنْصُرُونَ
	1146 678 1020 377 7:192			Those who are powerless to help them or even help themselves.
				وَإِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَى لا يَتَّبِعُوكُمْ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ أَدَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ أَمْ أَنْتُمْ صَمِتُونَ
	1147 679 1021 378 263 7:193			And if you invite them to guidance they will not follow you.  It is the same if you invite them or keep quiet.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ عِبَادٌ أَمْثَالُكُمْ فَادْعُوهُمْ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَدِقِينَ
	1148 680 1022 379 636(1015), 346(550) 68(93) 7:194			Surely those who call upon other than God, are imploring servants like you; therefore, call upon them and see if they can respond to you if you are truthful.
				أَلَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ يَمْشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَيْدٍ يَبْطِشُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا أَمْ لَهُمْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا قُلِ ادْعُوا شُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيدُونِ فَلا تُنْظِرُونِ
	1149 681 1023 380 7:195			Do they have legs with which they walk? Do they have hands with which they defend themselves? Do they have eyes with which they can see? Do they not have ears with which they can hear?  Say; call upon your partners for god then let them scheme without delay.
				إِنَّ وَلِيِّيَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْكِتَبَ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى الصَّلِحِينَ
	1150 682 1024 381 637(1016), 347(551) 69(94) 7:196			Indeed God is my Ally, the One who revealed the scripture; and He is the Ally of the righteous.
				وَالَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ لا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَكُمْ وَلا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَنْصُرُونَ
	1151 683 1025 382 264 7:197			As for those who call upon those besides Him are calling upon those who cannot help them nor can they help themselves.
				وَإِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَى لا يَسْمَعُوا وَتَرَاهُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لا يُبْصِرُونَ
	1152 684 1026 383 7:198			And if you call to guidance they will not hear. You see them looking at you but they do not see.
				خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجَهِلِينَ
	1153 685 1027 384 265 7:199			You shall pardon them and encourage them to righteousness and ignore the ignorant ones.
				وَإِمَّا يَنْزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَنِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
	1154 686 1028 385 638(1017), 348(552) 70(95) 7:200			And when Satan whispers to you with an enticement you shall immediately seek refuge in God. Indeed He is the All Hearing All Knowing.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا إِذَا مَسَّهُمْ طَائِفٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَنِ تَذَكَّرُوا فَإِذَا هُمْ مُبْصِرُونَ
	1155 687 1029 386 7:201			Surely those who are god-fearing, when a visitor from Satan approaches them, they remember and they are alert.
				وَإِخْوَانُهُمْ يَمُدُّونَهُمْ فِي الْغَيِّ ثُمَّ لا يُقْصِرُونَ
	1156 688 1030 387 7:202			And their brethren constantly pull them towards straying and they never cease.
				وَإِذَا لَمْ تَأْتِهِمْ بِآيَةٍ قَالُوا لَوْلا اجْتَبَيْتَهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَتَّبِعُ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ مِنْ رَبِّي هَذَا بَصَائِرُ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1157 689 1031 388 7:203			And if you do not produce a sign for them, they say why not demand one. Say; indeed I obey what is inspired to me from my Lord. This is a portent from your Lord and guidance as well as a mercy for the people who have faith
				وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
	1158 690 1032 389 7:204			And when the Quran is recited, you shall listen to it and be quiet that you may attain mercy.
				وَاذْكُرْ رَبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِ وَلا تَكُنْ مِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ
	1159 691 1033 390 7:205			You shall remember your Lord with all your soul, implore earnestly, privately and without uttering a word, day and night and do not be heedless.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ لا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَيُسَبِّحُونَهُ وَلَهُ يَسْجُدُونَ
	1160 692 1034 391 7:206			As for those who are at your Lord, they are never too arrogant to serve Him, and they glorify Him and they fall prostrate to Him.
