يَا
|
|
5228 2537 5901 3158 1766(2628,2629) 66:1 |
|
|
O you prophet,
why do you prohibit what God has made lawful for you just to please your wives? And God is All Forgiving,
All Merciful. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5229 2538 5902 3159 1767(2630,2631) 1372 66:2 |
|
|
God has already decreed for you the lawfulness of your
oaths, and God is your Lord and He is The All Knowledgeable, The All
Wise. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5230 2539 5903 3160 1768(2632) 1373 66:3 |
|
|
And when the
prophet disclosed a confidential statement to one of his wives, she then
divulged it and God
let him know about this matter, confirming part and disregarding part. Then
when he informed her thereof, she said, who informed you of this? He said,
The All Knowing, The All Cognizant informed me. |

|
|
5231 2540 5904 3161 1769(2633,2634) 66:4 |
|
|
If you both
repent to God,
then indeed your hearts have listened. But if you support each other against
him, then surely God is his supporter, and so is Gabriel, and the righteous
faithful and the angels also will protect him. |
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
5232 2541 5905 3162 1374 66:5 |
|
|
Perhaps, if he
divorced you, his Lord would replace you for him with wives who are better
than you, peace offering, faithful, obedient, repentant, worshiper, pious,
either previously married or virgin. |

|
|
5233 2542 5906 3163 1770(2635) 66:6 |
|
|
O you faithful,
protect yourselves and your families from a fire whose fuel are people and
rocks, its guardians are highly disciplined angels who never disobey God and they do exactly
what they are commanded. |
|
|
|
|
|
يَا
مَا
|
|
5234 2543 5907 3164 1375 66:7 |
|
|
O you
unfaithful, do not apologize today. You are being requited exactly for what
you did. |
|

|
|
5235 2544 5908 3165 1771(2636,2637) 66:8 |
|
|
O you faithful,
repent to God, a
sincere repentance so that your Lord may remit your sins and admit you into
paradises with flowing streams beneath them; that is the day when God does not allow humiliation of the prophet and those who
believed along with him. Their light will race in front of them and they
blissfully say, our Lord, perfect our light for us, and forgive us. Indeed
You are All Powerful over all things. |
|
|
|
|
|
يَا
|
|
5236 2545 5909 3166 66:9 |
|
|
O you prophet,
strive against the unfaithful and the hypocrites, and be stern with them.
Their abode is Gehenna, and a miserable destiny. |
|
|
|

|
|
5237 2546 5910 3167 1772(2638,2639) 66:10 |
|
|
God cites examples of the unfaithful, the wife of Noah and
the wife of Lot; they were with two of our righteous servants, but they
betrayed them; therefore, nothing could help them against God, and they were
told; enter Hell both of you along with others who enter. |

|
|
5238 2547 5911 3168 1773(2640) 1376 66:11 |
|
|
And God cites the example of
the faithful, the wife of Pharaoh, as she said, Lord build for me, at your
site, a mansion in Paradise and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds and save
me from the transgressing people. |

|
And Mary, the
daughter of Imran, who remained virtuous, and We blew into her from Our
Spirit; and she remained truthful to her Lord's words and His scriptures and
was one of the obedient ones. |
