				الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَضَلَّ أَعْمَلَهُمْ
	4544 1898 5474 2774 1572(2312) 47:1			The unfaithful and those who repel from the path of God, He nullifies their works.
				وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَاتِ وَآمَنُوا بِمَا نُزِّلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَأَصْلَحَ بَالَهُمْ
	4545 1899 5475 2775 1157 47:2			As for those who attain faith and lead a righteous life, and believe in what was revealed to Muhammad which is the truth from their Lord, He will remit their sins and improve their deteriorating condition.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْبَطِلَ وَأَنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّبَعُوا الْحَقَّ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ كَذَلِكَ يَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ أَمْثَالَهُمْ
	4546 1900 5476 2776 1573(2313) 1158 47:3			This is because the unfaithful follow falsehood and the faithful follow the truth from their Lord. God thus cites examples for the people.
				فَإِذا لَقِيتُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَضَرْبَ الرِّقَابِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَثْخَنْتُمُوهُمْ فَشُدُّوا الْوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنًّا بَعْدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاءً حَتَّى تَضَعَ الْحَرْبُ أَوْزَارَهَا ذَلِكَ وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لانْتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَلَكِنْ لِيَبْلُوَ بَعْضَكُمْ بِبَعْضٍ وَالَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَنْ يُضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
	4547 1901 5477 2777 1574(2314,2315) 47:4			Therefore, when you encounter the unfaithful, you face abuse of the slaves, once you overcome them, then you shall uphold all treaties, thereafter you may be generous or you may ask for reparations for the burdens of the war. And had God willed, He could have certainly granted you victory over them, but He sets up some of you as tests for others. As for those who get killed in the cause of God, He will never put their works to waste.
				سَيَهْدِيهِمْ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَهُمْ
	4548 1902 5478 2778 1159 47:5			He will soon guide them and improve their deteriorating condition.
				وَيُدْخِلُهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ عَرَّفَهَا لَهُمْ
	4549 1903 5479 2779 47:6			And He will admit them into Paradise which He has described for them.
				يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ
	4550 1904 5480 2780 1575(2316) 1160 47:7			O you faithful, if you support God, He will support you, and He will strengthen your foothold.
				وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَتَعْسًا لَهُمْ وَأَضَلَّ أَعْمَلَهُمْ
	4551 1905 5481 2781 47:8			As for the unfaithful, hardship shall be their share and He nullifies their works.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَلَهُمْ
	4552 1906 5482 2782 1576(2317)  47:9			This is because they hated what God has revealed, therefore, all their work is in vain.
				أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الأرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ دَمَّرَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلِلْكَفِرِينَ أَمْثَلُهَا
	4553 1907 5483 2783 1577(2318) 47:10			Do they not travel throughout the land and see the consequences for those before them? God destroyed them and awaiting the unfaithful is a similar fate.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَفِرِينَ لا مَوْلَى لَهُمْ
	4554 1908 5484 2784 1578(2319) 1161 47:11			This is because God is indeed the Lord of the faithful, while the unfaithful have no Lord.
				إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدْخِلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَاتِ جَنَّتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأنْهَرُ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يَتَمَتَّعُونَ وَيَأْكُلُونَ كَمَا تَأْكُلُ الأنْعَمُ وَالنَّارُ مَثْوًى لَهُمْ
	4555 1909 5485 2785 1579(2320) 47:12			Indeed, God will admit those who are faithful and lead a righteous life into paradises with flowing streams beneath them; while those who are unfaithful will enjoy and eat like cattle eat and Hell shall be their abode.
				وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ هِيَ أَشَدُّ قُوَّةً مِنْ قَرْيَتِكَ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَتْكَ أَهْلَكْنَهُمْ فَلا نَاصِرَ لَهُمْ
	4556 1910 5486 2786 1162 47:13			And so many communities We annihilated who were more powerful than your community who evicted you. Consequently, there was no one to help them.
				أَفَمَنْ كَانَ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ كَمَنْ زُيِّنَ لَهُ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ
	4557 1911 5487 2787 47:14			Therefore, is the one who has a proof from his Lord like the one whose evil works are adorned for him and he follows his desires?
				مَثَلُ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ فِيهَا أَنْهَرٌ مِنْ مَاءٍ غَيْرِ آسِنٍ وَأَنْهَرٌ مِنْ لَبَنٍ لَمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُ وَأَنْهَرٌ مِنْ خَمْرٍ لَذَّةٍ لِلشَّرِبِينَ وَأَنْهَرٌ مِنْ عَسَلٍ مُصَفًّى وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَتِ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ كَمَنْ هُوَ خَلِدٌ فِي النَّارِ وَسُقُوا مَاءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَاءَهُمْ
	4558 1912 5488 2788 47:15			Here is the allegory of Paradise that has been promised to the righteous.  In it are rivers of water never polluted and rivers of milk with constant taste, and rivers of wine, delicious to the drinkers, and rivers of pure honey. Therein are all kinds of fruits provided for them, as well as forgiveness from their Lord.  Is this one like the one who is in Hell for eternity and drinks hellish water which rips his guts into pieces?
				وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَسْتَمِعُ إِلَيْكَ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ عِنْدِكَ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مَاذَا قَالَ آنِفًا أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ طَبَعَ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ
	4559 1913 5489 2789 1580(2321) 47:16			And among them are those who listen to you, but once they leave your place, they say to those who possess knowledge; what did he just say?  These are the ones whom God has sealed their hearts and they follow their desires.
				وَالَّذِينَ اهْتَدَوْا زَادَهُمْ هُدًى وَآتَاهُمْ تَقْوَاهُمْ
	4560 1914 5490 2790 1163 47:17			As for those who are guided, He increases their guidance, and grants them righteousness.
				فَهَلْ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلا السَّاعَةَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَهُمْ بَغْتَةً فَقَدْ جَاءَ أَشْرَاطُهَا فَأَنَّى لَهُمْ إِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ ذِكْرَاهُمْ
	4561 1915 5491 2791 47:18			Are they then waiting for the Hour to come to them suddenly? All its necessary conditions have already been met. How could the message benefit them once it arrives?
				فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَتِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمْ وَمَثْوَاكُمْ
	4562 1916 5492 2792 1581(2322,2323) 1164 47:19			Therefore, you shall know that there is no god except God and ask forgiveness for your sins and for that of the faithful men and the faithful women. And God fully knows your path and your final destiny.
				وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَوْلا نُزِّلَتْ سُورَةٌ فَإِذَا أُنْزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ مُحْكَمَةٌ وَذُكِرَ فِيهَا الْقِتَالُ رَأَيْتَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ يَنْظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ نَظَرَ الْمَغْشِيِّ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ فَأَوْلَى لَهُمْ
	4563 1917 5493 2793 47:20			And the faithful say, why is not a sura being revealed? However, when a straight-forward sura is revealed, and fighting is mentioned therein, you will see those with a disease in their hearts looking at you with a look of the one whom death has already overwhelmed him. However, their priority should be-
				طَاعَةٌ وَقَوْلٌ مَعْرُوفٌ فَإِذَا عَزَمَ الأمْرُ فَلَوْ صَدَقُوا اللَّهَ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ
	4564 1918 5494 2794 1582(2324) 47:21			-obedience and righteous utterance. Then when a decision is made, if they are truthful with God it would surely be better for them.
				فَهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَنْ تُفْسِدُوا فِي الأرْضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ
	4565 1919 5495 2795 47:22			Therefore, is it your plan that when you leave, you spread evil throughout the land and cut off all relations with your relatives?
				أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمْ وَأَعْمَى أَبْصَرَهُمْ
	4566 1920 5496 2796 1583(2325) 1165 47:23			These are the ones that God has cursed; consequently, He has made them deaf and has blinded their eyes.
				أَفَلا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَى قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا
	4567 1921 5497 2797 47:24			Why then do they not study the Quran? Are there locks on their hearts?
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ ارْتَدُّوا عَلَى أَدْبَرِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْهُدَى الشَّيْطَنُ سَوَّلَ لَهُمْ وَأَمْلَى لَهُمْ
	4568 1922 5498 2798  47:25			Surely those who turn their backs after guidance has been manifested to them, Satan has enticed them and duped them.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ كَرِهُوا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ سَنُطِيعُكُمْ فِي بَعْضِ الأمْرِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِسْرَارَهُمْ
	4569 1923 5499 2799 1584(2326,2327) 47:26			This is because they indeed said to those who hate what God has revealed, we will obey you in certain matters. And God fully knows their secrets.
				فَكَيْفَ إِذَا تَوَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلائِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَأَدْبَرَهُمْ
	4570 1924 5500 2800 47:27			Therefore, just imagine when the angels terminate their lives and beat their faces and rear ends.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اتَّبَعُوا مَا أَسْخَطَ اللَّهَ وَكَرِهُوا رِضْوَنَهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَلَهُمْ
	4571 1925 5501 2801 1585(2328) 47:28			This is because they followed what made God most angry and hated to please Him. Therefore all their works are nullified.
				أَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ أَنْ لَنْ يُخْرِجَ اللَّهُ أَضْغَنَهُمْ
	4572 1926 5502 2802 1586(2329) 1166 47:29			Or do those with a disease in their hearts reckon that God will not expose their evil work?
				وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لأرَيْنَكَهُمْ فَلَعَرَفْتَهُمْ بِسِيمَهُمْ وَلَتَعْرِفَنَّهُمْ فِي لَحْنِ الْقَوْلِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ أَعْمَلَكُمْ
	4573 1927 5503 2803 1587(2330) 47:30			Had We willed, We could have exposed them for you, then, you would have recognized them by their looks and by the way they talk. And God knows all your work.
				وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ حَتَّى نَعْلَمَ الْمُجَهِدِينَ مِنْكُمْ وَالصَّبِرِينَ وَنَبْلُوَ أَخْبَارَكُمْ
	4574 1928 5504 2804 1167 47:31			And We will test you until We distinguish those amongst you who strive and resort to patience and We will inform you of your situation.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَشَاقُّوا الرَّسُولَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْهُدَى لَنْ يَضُرُّوا اللَّهَ شَيْئًا وَسَيُحْبِطُ أَعْمَلَهُمْ
	4575 1929 5505 2805 1588(2331,2332) 47:32			Surely, the unfaithful who repel from the path of God and fight the Messenger, after the guidance was evident to them, will not harm God in the least, and He will nullify all their work.
				يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَلا تُبْطِلُوا أَعْمَلَكُمْ
	4576 1930 5506 2806 1589(2333) 47:33			O you faithful, obey God and obey the messenger, and do not put your work to waste.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُوا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ
	4577 1931 5507 2807 1590(2334,2335) 47:34			Surely, the unfaithful who repel from the path of God, then die as unfaithful, God will never forgive them.
				فَلا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمُ الأعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَلَكُمْ
	4578 1932 5508 2808 1591(2336) 47:35			Therefore, do not be weak, and call for peace, and you shall overcome because God is with you and He will never put your work to waste.
				إِنَّمَا الْحَيَوةُ الدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَإِنْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَتَتَّقُوا يُؤْتِكُمْ أُجُورَكُمْ وَلا يَسْأَلْكُمْ أَمْوَلَكُمْ
	4579 1933 5509 2809 47:36			Indeed this worldly life is no more than vanity and play. And if you remain faithful and become god-fearing, He will pay your due wages and will never ask you for any money.
				إِنْ يَسْأَلْكُمُوهَا فَيُحْفِكُمْ تَبْخَلُوا وَيُخْرِجْ أَضْغَنَكُمْ
	4580 1934 5510 2810 1168 47:37			Had He asked you for it, and put you in a bind, you would have become stingy and your evil thoughts would have been exposed.
				هَا أَنْتُمْ هَؤُلاءِ تُدْعَوْنَ لِتُنْفِقُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَمِنْكُمْ مَنْ يَبْخَلُ وَمَنْ يَبْخَلْ فَإِنَّمَا يَبْخَلُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ وَاللَّهُ الْغَنِيُّ وَأَنْتُمُ الْفُقَرَاءُ وَإِنْ تَتَوَلَّوْا يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَلَكُمْ
	4581 1935 5511 2811 1592(2337,2338) 3366 47:38			Here you are, being invited to spend in the cause of God, but some of you become stingy and whoever is stingy, then indeed his stinginess is to his own detriment and God is Rich and you are the needy and if you turn away, He would substitute other people in your place who would not be like you.
