				كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَالأحْزَابُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ وَهَمَّتْ كُلُّ أُمَّةٍ بِرَسُولِهِمْ لِيَأْخُذُوهُ وَجَدَلُوا بِالْبَطِلِ لِيُدْحِضُوا بِهِ الْحَقَّ فَأَخَذْتُهُمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عِقَابِ
	4136 2239 3072 1596 1040 40:5			Rejecting before them were the people of Noah and the parties after them.  Each community did their best to persecute their messenger, and they argued with falsehood to defeat the truth, but I punished them, how terrible was the consequence.
				وَكَذَلِكَ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَبُ النَّارِ

				الَّذِينَ يَحْمِلُونَ الْعَرْشَ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهُ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَيُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَحْمَةً وَعِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ
	4138 2241 3074 1598 1041 40:7			Those who carry the throne and those around it glorify and praise their Lord and believe in Him, and they ask forgiveness for the faithful; our Lord, Your mercy and knowledge encompasses all things, therefore, forgive those who have repented and followed your path and spare them the suffering of the Inferno.
				رَبَّنَا وَأَدْخِلْهُمْ جَنَّتِ عَدْنٍ الَّتِي وَعَدْتَهُمْ وَمَنْ صَلَحَ مِنْ آبَائِهِمْ وَأَزْوَجِهِمْ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِمْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
	4139 2242 3075 1599 3058 40:8			Our Lord, and admit them into Gardens of Eden that you have promised them and also the righteous amongst their parents, their spouses, and their children. Indeed You are The Almighty, The All Wise.
				وَقِهِمُ السَّيِّئَاتِ وَمَنْ تَقِ السَّيِّئَاتِ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمْتَهُ وَذَلِكَ هُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
	4140 2243 3076 1600 3059 40:9			And spare them the ills. And whoever escapes the ills of that day; has indeed attained His mercy. And this is the great victory.
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنَادَوْنَ لَمَقْتُ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ مَقْتِكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِذْ تُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى الإيمَنِ فَتَكْفُرُونَ

				قَالُوا رَبَّنَا أَمَتَّنَا اثْنَتَيْنِ وَأَحْيَيْتَنَا اثْنَتَيْنِ فَاعْتَرَفْنَا بِذُنُوبِنَا فَهَلْ إِلَى خُرُوجٍ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ
	4142 2245 3078 1602 1042 40:11			They said, our Lord, You have given us two deaths and two lives, we now confess our sins, is there any way out?
				ذَلِكُمْ بِأَنَّهُ إِذَا دُعِيَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ كَفَرْتُمْ وَإِنْ يُشْرَكْ بِهِ تُؤْمِنُوا فَالْحُكْمُ لِلَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْكَبِيرِ

				هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ وَيُنَزِّلُ لَكُمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ رِزْقًا وَمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ إِلا مَنْ يُنِيبُ

				فَادْعُوا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَفِرُونَ

				رَفِيعُ الدَّرَجَتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَى مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلاقِ
	4146 2249 3082 1606 40:15			The Possessor of The Highest ranks, Possessor of the throne, He sends The Spirit by His command to whomever He wills from amongst His servants to warn about The Day of the Gathering.
				يَوْمَ هُمْ بَرِزُونَ لا يَخْفَى عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْهُمْ شَيْءٌ لِمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ لِلَّهِ الْوَحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ
	4147 2250 3083 1607 1470(2182,2183), 673(961,962) 40:16			The day they will be completely transparent, nothing will be hidden from God in the least. To whom belong all kingships on that day? To God, The One, The Supreme.
				الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ لا ظُلْمَ الْيَوْمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ
	4148 2251 3084 1608 1471(2184), 674(963) 1044 40:17			The day every soul will be requited according to what she earned. No one will suffer any injustice on that day. Indeed God is quick in reckoning.
				وَأَنْذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ الآزِفَةِ إِذِ الْقُلُوبُ لَدَى الْحَنَاجِرِ كَظِمِينَ مَا لِلظَّلِمِينَ مِنْ حَمِيمٍ وَلا شَفِيعٍ يُطَاعُ
	4149 2252 3085 1609 40:18			And warn them of the approaching day when the terrified hearts will reach their throats, full of remorse. The transgressors will have no friends and no intercessor will be obeyed.
				يَعْلَمُ خَائِنَةَ الأعْيُنِ وَمَا تُخْفِي الصُّدُورُ
	4150 2253 3086 1610 1045 40:19			He knows what is hidden from the eyes and what is hidden in the chests.
				وَاللَّهُ يَقْضِي بِالْحَقِّ وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ لا يَقْضُونَ بِشَيْءٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
	4151 2254 3087 1611 1472(2185,2186), 675(964,965) 40:20			And God judges according to the truth, while those whom they call besides Him do not judge a thing. Indeed God is The All Hearer, The All Seer.
				أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الأرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَآثَارًا فِي الأرْضِ فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَاقٍ
	4152 2255 3088 1612 1473(2187,2188), 676(966,967) 40:21			Do they not travel throughout the land and see the consequences for those before them? They were more powerful and left a more impressive legacy on the land, then God punished them because of their sins and there was no protection for them from God.
				ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانَتْ تَأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ فَكَفَرُوا فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ قَوِيٌّ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
	4153 2256 3089 1613 1474(2189), 677(968) 40:22			This is because when indeed their messengers went to them with proofs, they rejected faith, consequently, God punished them. Indeed He is All Powerful, strict in enforcing punishment.
				وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَتِنَا وَسُلْطَنٍ مُبِينٍ
	4154 2257 3090 1614 1046 40:23			Similarly, We sent Moses with Our signs and a manifest authority-
				إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَمَنَ وَقَرُونَ فَقَالُوا سَحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ
	4155 2258 3091 1615 40:24			-to Pharaoh, Hamaan, and Qaroon, but they said he is a lying magician.
				فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا قَالُوا اقْتُلُوا أَبْنَاءَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ وَاسْتَحْيُوا نِسَاءَهُمْ وَمَا كَيْدُ الْكَفِرِينَ إِلا فِي ضَللٍ
	4156 2259 3092 1616 40:25			When he came to them with the truth from Us, they said, kill the sons of those who believed with him and bring shame to their women. The scheming of the unfaithful is always misguided.
				وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ذَرُونِي أَقْتُلْ مُوسَى وَلْيَدْعُ رَبَّهُ إِنِّي  أَخَافُ أَنْ يُبَدِّلَ دِينَكُمْ أَوْ أَنْ يُظْهِرَ فِي الأرْضِ الْفَسَادَ
	4157 2260 3093 1617 40:26			And Pharaoh said, let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. I am indeed afraid he may change your religion or spread corruption throughout the land.
				وَقَالَ مُوسَى إِنِّي عُذْتُ بِرَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ مُتَكَبِّرٍ لا يُؤْمِنُ بِيَوْمِ الْحِسَابِ
	4158 2261 3094 1618 40:27			And Moses said, I surely seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord from all those who are arrogant and do not believe in the Day of Reckoning.
				وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مُؤْمِنٌ مِنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَكْتُمُ إِيمَانَهُ أَتَقْتُلُونَ رَجُلا أَنْ يَقُولَ رَبِّيَ اللَّهُ وَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَإِنْ يَكُ كَذِبًا فَعَلَيْهِ كَذِبُهُ وَإِنْ يَكُ صَادِقًا يُصِبْكُمْ بَعْضُ الَّذِي يَعِدُكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ مُسْرِفٌ كَذَّابٌ
	4159 2262 3095 1619 1475(2190,2191), 678(969,970)  40:28			And a faithful man from the people of Pharaoh who was concealing his faith said, are you going to kill a man for saying that my Lord is God when he has brought you proofs from your Lord? If he is a liar, he will suffer because of his lie and if he is truthful then you benefit from some of the promises to you. Indeed God does not guide those who are transgressing, liars.
				يَا قَوْمِ لَكُمُ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ظَهِرِينَ فِي الأرْضِ فَمَنْ يَنْصُرُنَا مِنْ بَأْسِ اللَّهِ إِنْ جَاءَنَا قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلا مَا أَرَى وَمَا أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلا سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ
	4160 2263 3096 1620 1476(2192), 679(971) 1047 40:29			O my people, today you obviously have the kingship on the land, then who is going to help us from God's Might if it comes our way?  Pharaoh responded, "you should only see it my way"; I only guide you to the right path.
				وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ مِثْلَ يَوْمِ الأحْزَابِ
	4161 2264 3097 1621 40:30			And the one who had faith said, O my people, I indeed fear for you the same fate of the other parties.
				مِثْلَ دَأْبِ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَالَّذِينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ وَمَا اللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلْمًا لِلْعِبَادِ
	4162 2265 3098 1622 1477(2193), 680(972) 1048 40:31			The same as the plight of the people of Noah, Aad and Thamoud and those after them.  God never wishes any injustice upon His servants.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَوْمَ التَّنَادِ
	4163 2266 3099 1623 40:32			And O my people, I fear for you the Day of Summoning.
				يَوْمَ تُوَلُّونَ مُدْبِرِينَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ عَاصِمٍ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ
	4164 2267 3100 1624 1478(2194,2195), 681(973,974) 40:33			That is the day when you would like to turn around and flee, but no one can protect you from God. And whomever God sends astray will never find a guide.
				وَلَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ يُوسُفُ مِنْ قَبْلُ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ فَمَا زِلْتُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِمَّا جَاءَكُمْ بِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلْتُمْ لَنْ يَبْعَثَ اللَّهُ منْ بَعْدِهِ رَسُولا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ هُوَ مُسْرِفٌ مُرْتَابٌ
	4165 2268 3101 1625 1479(2196,2197), 682(975,976) 40:34			And Joseph came to you previously with proofs but you were full of doubts concerning what he came with, until he died, then you said, God will never appoint another messenger after him. God thus sends astray those who are transgressing, doubtful.
				الَّذِينَ يُجَدِلُونَ فِي آيَتِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ سُلْطَنٍ أَتَاهُمْ كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعِنْدَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ قَلْبِ مُتَكَبِّرٍ جَبَّارٍ
	4166 2269 3102 1626 1480(2198,2199,2200), 683(977,978,979) 40:35			Those who argue about God's signs without proof, they only earn abhorrence in the site of God as well as in the site of the faithful. God thus seals the heart of every arrogant, tyrant.
				وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَا هَامَانُ ابْنِ لِي صَرْحًا لَعَلِّي أَبْلُغُ الأسْبَبَ
	4167 2270 3103 1627 40:36			Pharaoh said, O Hamaan, build me an edifice, that I may obtain the means-
				أَسْبَبَ السَّمَوَاتِ فَأَطَّلِعَ إِلَى إِلَهِ مُوسَى وَإِنِّي لأظُنُّهُ كَذِبًا وَكَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِفِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ وَصُدَّ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا كَيْدُ فِرْعَوْنَ إِلا فِي تَبَابٍ
	4168 2271 3104 1628 1049 40:37			-the means to reach the skies that I may look upon the god of Moses. I think he is a liar. Pharaoh's evil work was thus adorned for him; he was repelled from the path. And Pharaoh's schemes were always in vain.
				وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ يَا قَوْمِ اتَّبِعُونِ أَهْدِكُمْ سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ
	4169 2272 3105 1629 40:38			The one who had faith said, O my people follow me, and I will guide you to the right path.
				يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّمَا هَذِهِ الْحَيَوةُ الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ وَإِنَّ الآخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ الْقَرَارِ
	4170 2273 3106 1630 40:39			O my people, this worldly life is only a temporary provision and indeed the Hereafter is the eternal abode.
				مَنْ عَمِلَ سَيِّئَةً فَلا يُجْزَى إِلا مِثْلَهَا وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَلِحًا مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَأُولَئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ يُرْزَقُونَ فِيهَا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
	4171 2274 3107 1631 40:40			Those who have worked evil will not be requited except for the exact amount. As for those who have led a righteous life, be it male or female, while remaining faithful, then they enter Paradise, wherein they will be provided for without limits.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ مَا لِي أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى النَّجَوةِ وَتَدْعُونَنِي إِلَى النَّارِ
	4172 2275 3108 1632 1050 40:41			And O my people, here I am inviting you to be saved, while you are inviting me to Hell.
				تَدْعُونَنِي لأكْفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَأُشْرِكَ بِهِ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ وَأَنَا أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى الْعَزِيزِ الْغَفَّرِ
	4173 2276 3109 1633 1481(2201), 684(980) 40:42			You are inviting me to reject faith in God and to set up partners for Him, while I have no knowledge thereof, and I am inviting you to The Almighty, The All Forgiver.
				لاجَرَمَ أَنَّمَا تَدْعُونَنِي إِلَيْهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَعْوَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلا فِي الآخِرَةِ وَأَنَّ مَرَدَّنَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَأَنَّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ هُمْ أَصْحَبُ النَّارِ
	4174 2277 3110 1634 1482(2202), 685(981) 1051 40:43			Without a doubt, you are indeed inviting me to what is neither worthy of calling upon in this world nor in the Hereafter. And surely our return will be to God and indeed the transgressors will be the dwellers of Hell.
				فَسَتَذْكُرُونَ مَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ وَأُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبَادِ
	4175 2278 3111 1635 1483(2203,2204), 686(982,983)  40:44			You will soon remember what I am telling you,  and I delegate my affairs to God. Indeed, God is Seer of the worshipers.
				فَوَقَهُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِ مَا مَكَرُوا وَحَاقَ بِآلِ فِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ الْعَذَابِ
	4176 2279 3112 1636 1484(2205), 687(984) 40:45			Therefore God saved him from their evil schemes, while the people of Pharaoh have deserved the worst suffering.
				النَّارُ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا غُدُوًّا وَعَشِيًّا وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ أَدْخِلُوا آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَشَدَّ الْعَذَابِ
	4177 2280 3113 1637 40:46			Hell will be shown to them day and night and the day the hour is struck, let the people of Pharaoh endure the ultimate suffering.
				وَإِذْ يَتَحَاجُّونَ فِي النَّارِ فَيَقُولُ الضُّعَفَاءُ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُغْنُونَ عَنَّا نَصِيبًا مِنَ النَّارِ
	4178 2281 3114 1638 1052 40:47			As they argue in Hell, the followers say to the arrogant leaders, we indeed used to obey you; therefore, can you relieve from us any part of Hell?
				قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُلٌّ فِيهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَكَمَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ
	4179 2282 3115 1639 1485(2206), 688(985) 40:48			The arrogant leaders say, we are all indeed in it together, God has surely judged amongst the servants.
				وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ فِي النَّارِ لِخَزَنَةِ جَهَنَّمَ ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ يُخَفِّفْ عَنَّا يَوْمًا مِنَ الْعَذَابِ
	4180 2283 3116 1640 40:49			Those in Hell say to the guardians of Gehenna; call upon your Lord to reduce the suffering for us just by a day.
				قَالُوا أَوَ لَمْ تَكُ تَأْتِيكُمْ رُسُلُكُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ قَالُوا بَلَى قَالُوا فَادْعُوا وَمَا دُعَاءُ الْكَفِرِينَ إِلا فِي ضَللٍ
	4181 2284 3117 1641 40:50			They say, did you not receive messengers with proofs? They will say, yes. They will then say, go ahead and call, the calling of the unfaithful is in vain.
				إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الأشْهَدُ

				لَخَلْقُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ خَلْقِ النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ

				وَمَا يَسْتَوِي الأعْمَى وَالْبَصِيرُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَاتِ وَلا الْمُسِيءُ قَلِيلا مَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ

				اللَّهُ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الأرْضَ قَرَارًا وَالسَّمَاءَ بِنَاءً وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ وَرَزَقَكُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَتِ ذَلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّكُمْ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				هُوَ الْحَيُّ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ فَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

				هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنْ عَلَقَةٍ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُكُمْ طِفْلا ثُمَّ لِتَبْلُغُوا أَشُدَّكُمْ ثُمَّ لِتَكُونُوا شُيُوخًا وَمِنْكُمْ مَنْ يُتَوَفَّى مِنْ قَبْلُ وَلِتَبْلُغُوا أَجَلا مُسَمًّى وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
	4198 2301 3134 1658 1056 40:67			He is the One who created you from clay then from semen, then from a hanging, then He brings you out as an infant, then you reach maturity, then you get old.  While some of you die before that, some reach a specific interim that you may use your intelligence.
				هُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ فَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ
	4199 2302 3135 1659 40:68			He is the One who grants life and death; as a consequence once He wills to fulfill any task, then, He only says to it, "Be", and it is.
				أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يُجَدِلُونَ فِي آيَتِ اللَّهِ أَنَّى يُصْرَفُونَ

				الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِالْكِتَبِ وَبِمَا أَرْسَلْنَا بِهِ رُسُلَنَا فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
	4201 2304 3137 1661 40:70			Those who reject the scripture and the message that We sent our messengers with, they will soon find out-
				إِذِ الأغْللُ فِي أَعْنَقِهِمْ وَالسَّلسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
	4202 2305 3138 1662 1057 40:71			-once shackles are placed around their necks as well as chains with which they are dragged-
				فِي الْحَمِيمِ ثُمَّ فِي النَّارِ يُسْجَرُونَ

				ثُمَّ قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تُشْرِكُونَ

				مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قَالُوا ضَلُّوا عَنَّا بَلْ لَمْ نَكُنْ نَدْعُو مِنْ قَبْلُ شَيْئًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ الْكَفِرِينَ
	4205 2308 3141 1665 1495(2220,2221), 698(999,1000) 40:74			-besides God? They will say, they have abandoned us as though we never called upon them for anything. God thus sends the unfaithful astray.
				ذَلِكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ فِي الأرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَمْرَحُونَ
	4206 2309 3142 1666 40:75			That is because you rejoiced on the land with other than the truth, and you used to blunder.
				ادْخُلُوا أَبْوَبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
	4207 2310 3143 1667 40:76			Enter the gates of Gehenna to abide therein forever; what a miserable abode for the arrogant.
				فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ الَّذِي نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ
	4208 2311 3144 1668 1496(2222), 699(1001) 40:77			You shall therefore be patient, for indeed God's promise is true. Then, whether We show you some of what We have promised to them, or terminate your life, to Us they will all return.
				وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ لَمْ نَقْصُصْ عَلَيْكَ وَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولٍ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِآيَةٍ إِلا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ فَإِذَا جَاءَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قُضِيَ بِالْحَقِّ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ

And there is not a single messenger who can produce a sign without God's permission. And once God's command is issued, and the truth has prevailed, the falsifiers shall perish.
				اللَّهُ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الأنْعَمَ لِتَرْكَبُوا مِنْهَا وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ
	4210 2313 3146 1670 1498(2225), 701(1004) 1059 40:79			God is the One who made the livestock for you to ride on and eat therefrom.
				وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَنَفِعُ وَلِتَبْلُغُوا عَلَيْهَا حَاجَةً فِي صُدُورِكُمْ وَعَلَيْهَا وَعَلَى الْفُلْكِ تُحْمَلُونَ
	4211 2314 3147 1671 40:80			And there are benefits for you in them and that you may fulfill your needs through them and on them and on the ships you are carried.
				وَيُرِيكُمْ آيَتِهِ فَأَيَّ آيَتِ اللَّهِ تُنْكِرُونَ

				أَفَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الأرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُمْ وَأَشَدَّ قُوَّةً وَآثَارًا فِي الأرْضِ فَمَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
	4213 2316 3149 1673 3114 40:82			Do they not travel throughout the land and see what the consequences for those before them were? They were greater in number and were more powerful and left a greater legacy on the land, however, their earnings never enriched them.
				فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ فَرِحُوا بِمَا عِنْدَهُمْ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
	4214 2317 3150 1674 1060 40:83			But, when their messengers went to them with proofs, they rejoiced in the knowledge they already had, and the very thing they ridiculed came back to haunt them.
				فَلَمَّا رَأَوْا بَأْسَنَا قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَحْدَهُ وَكَفَرْنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِ مُشْرِكِينَ
	4215 2318 3151 1675 1500(2227), 703(1006) 3115 40:84			Then once they saw Our Might, they said, We believe in God alone and reject what we used to set up as partners for Him.
				فَلَمْ يَكُ يَنْفَعُهُمْ إِيمَانُهُمْ لَمَّا رَأَوْا بَأْسَنَا سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي قَدْ خَلَتْ فِي عِبَادِهِ وَخَسِرَ هُنَالِكَ الْكَفِرُونَ
	4216 2319 3152 1676 1501(2228), 704(1007) 3116 40:85			However, their belief will not benefit them, once they see Our Might. Such is God's system with which He deals with His servants. And the unfaithful shall end up losers.
