				رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ الْمَشَرِقِ

				إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ
	3792 1646 2728 1171 37:6			We have indeed adorned the lowest vacuum with splendid planets.
				وَحِفْظًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَنٍ مَارِدٍ
	3793 1647 2729 1172 955 37:7			And there is a guard against every rebellious devil.
				لا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلإ الأعْلَى وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَانِبٍ
	3794 1648 2730 1173 37:8			They cannot eavesdrop on the high society and they will be bombarded from every direction.
				دُحُورًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌ
	3795 1649 2731 1174 37:9			Rejected, and for them there is a continuous suffering.
				إِلا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ
	3796 1650 2732 1175 37:10			As for the one who snatches away something secretly, he will be pursued by a powerful projectile.
				فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَمْ مَنْ خَلَقْنَا إِنَّا خَلَقْنَهُمْ مِنْ طِينٍ لازِبٍ
	3797 1651 2733 1176 956 37:11			Therefore, ask them, are they more difficult to create than all We have created?  Indeed We created them from sticky mud.
				بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ

				وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لا يَذْكُرُونَ
	3799 1653 2735 1178 957 37:13			And, when they are reminded they do not take heed.
				وَإِذَا رَأَوْا آيَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ
	3800 1654 2736 1179 37:14			And, when they see a sign, they mock.
				وَقَالُوا إِنْ هَذَا إِلا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
	3801 1655 2737 1180 37:15			And they say; this is nothing but clear magic.
				أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَمًا أَئِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ
	3802 1656 2738 1181 37:16			When we die, and become dust and bones, will we be resurrected-
				أَوَآبَاؤُنَا الأوَّلُونَ
	3803 1657 2739 1182 958 37:17			-also our forefathers?
				قُلْ نَعَمْ وَأَنْتُمْ دَخِرُونَ
	3804 1658 2740 1183 37:18			Say, definitely, and you will be forced.
				فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فَإِذَا هُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ
	3805 1659 2741 1184 959 37:19			Then it will be a single blow while they are waiting.
				وَقَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا هَذَا يَوْمُ الدِّينِ
	3806 1660 2742 1185 37:20			They will say, woe to us, this is the Day of Faith.
				هَذَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ الَّذِي كُنْتُمْ بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
	3807 1661 2743 1186 37:21			This is the day of reckoning that you used to deny.
				احْشُرُوا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَأَزْوَجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَ
	3808 1662 2744 1187 37:22			Summon the unjust together with their spouses and what they used to worship -
				مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَاهْدُوهُمْ إِلَى صِرَطِ الْجَحِيمِ
	3809 1663 2745 1188 1405(2099) 960 37:23			-besides God, then lead them to the path of the Inferno.
				وَقِفُوهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ مَسْئُولُونَ
	3810 1664 2746 1189 37:24			Stop them, indeed they will be asked,-
				مَا لَكُمْ لا تَنَاصَرُونَ
	3811 1665 2747 1190 37:25			-why do you not help each other?
				بَلْ هُمُ الْيَوْمَ مُسْتَسْلِمُونَ
	3812 1666 2748 1191 37:26			No way, on that day they will strive for peace.
				وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ
	3813 1667 2749 1192 37:27			And they turn to one another wondering-
				قَالُوا إِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ تَأْتُونَنَا عَنِ الْيَمِينِ
	3814 1668 2750 1193 37:28			-they say; indeed you were the ones who came to us acting so holy.
				قَالُوا بَلْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3815 1669 2751 1194 961 37:29			They say; no you, yourselves were not faithful.
				وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ سُلْطَنٍ بَلْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا طَغِينَ
	3816 1670 2752 1195 37:30			And we had no power over you. No, it was you who were transgressing people.
				فَحَقَّ عَلَيْنَا قَوْلُ رَبِّنَا إِنَّا لَذَائِقُونَ
	3817 1671 2753 1196 962 37:31			Now, our Lord's promise has been fulfilled for us, we indeed have to taste it.
				فَأَغْوَيْنَاكُمْ إِنَّا كُنَّا غَوِينَ
	3818 1672 2754 1197 37:32			We misled you, because we were indeed misled ourselves.
				فَإِنَّهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ
	3819 1673 2755 1198 37:33			Therefore, surely on that day they all share in the suffering.
				إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ
	3820 1674 2756 1199 37:34			We thus deal with the guilty.
				إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
	3821 1675 2757 1200 1406(2100) 37:35			This is indeed because when they were told; "There is no god except God", they turned arrogant.
				وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُو آلِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍ مَجْنُونٍ
	3822 1676 2758 1201 37:36			And they say; should we abandon our gods for the sake of a crazy poet?
				بَلْ جَاءَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3823 1677 2759 1202 963 37:37			On the contrary, he has brought the truth and he has confirmed the messengers.
				إِنَّكُمْ لَذَائِقُو الْعَذَابِ الألِيمِ
	3824 1678 2760 1203 37:38			You will surely endure the painful suffering.
				وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
	3825 1679 2761 1204 37:39			And you will be repaid exactly for what you did.
				إِلا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	3826 1680 2762 1205 1407(2101) 37:40			Exempted are God's servants who are devoted purely to Him.
				أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَعْلُومٌ
	3827 1681 2763 1206 964 37:41			For them, there is a specific provision.
				فَوَاكِهُ وَهُمْ مُكْرَمُونَ
	3828 1682 2764 1207 37:42			There will be fruits and they will be honored-
				فِي جَنَّتِ النَّعِيمِ
	3829 1683 2765 1208 965 37:43			-in blissful paradises.
				عَلَى سُرُرٍ مُتَقَبِلِينَ
	3830 1684 2766 1209 37:44			On luxurious furnishings, they will be neighbors.
				يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِكَأْسٍ مِنْ مَعِينٍ
	3831 1685 2767 1210 37:45			They will be readily served with a cup filled from a pure spring.
				بَيْضَاءَ لَذَّةٍ لِلشَّرِبِينَ
	3832 1686 2768 1211 37:46			Clear drinks with delicious taste for the drinkers.
				لا فِيهَا غَوْلٌ وَلا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنْزَفُون
	3833 1687 2769 1212 966 37:47			Never polluted, and never runs out.
				وَعِنْدَهُمْ قَصِرَتُ الطَّرْفِ عِينٌ
	3834 1688 2770 1213 37:48			And beside them will be beautiful companions.
				كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَكْنُونٌ
	3835 1689 2771 1214 37:49			They are like a protected egg.
				فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ
	3836 1690 2772 1215 37:50			As they turn to one another wondering, -
				قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِنْهُمْ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينٌ
	3837 1691 2773 1216 37:51			-one of them says, indeed I used to have a friend.
				يَقُولُ أَئِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّقِينَ
	3838 1692 2774 1217 37:52			He used to say; are you really telling the truth-
				أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَمًا أَئِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ
	3839 1693 2775 1218 967 37:53			-that when we die and become dust and bones, we will be held accountable?
				قَالَ هَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُطَّلِعُونَ
	3840 1694 2776 1219 37:54			He said; do you wish to take a look?
				فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَآهُ فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ
	3841 1695 2777 1220 37:55			Once he looks, he sees him in the midst of the Inferno.
				قَالَ تَاللَّهِ إِنْ كِدْتَ لَتُرْدِينِ
	3842 1696 2778 1221 1408(2102) 37:56			He said; by God, you almost diverted me.
				وَلَوْلا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ
	3843 1697 2779 1222 37:57			If it were not for the blessing of my Lord, I would have been definitely there.
				أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ
	3844 1698 2780 1223 968 37:58			Do you still maintain that we never die,-
				إِلا مَوْتَتَنَا الأولَى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
	3845 1699 2781 1224 968 37:59			-that we only die once, and we will never suffer?
				إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
	3846 1700 2782 1225 37:60			This is truly the greatest triumph.
				لِمِثْلِ هَذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَمِلُونَ
	3847 1701 2783 1226 969 37:61			For the likes of this, every worker shall work.
				أَذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ نُزُلا أَمْ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ
	3848 1702 2784 1227 37:62			Is this better or the tree of bitterness?
				إِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهَا فِتْنَةً لِلظَّلِمِينَ
	3849 1703 2785 1228 37:63			We indeed created it as a torment for the unjust.
				إِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌ تَخْرُجُ فِي أَصْلِ الْجَحِيمِ
	3850 1704 2786 1229 37:64			Indeed it is a tree that grows in the midst of the Inferno.
				طَلْعُهَا كَأَنَّهُ رُءُوسُ الشَّيَطِينِ
	3851 1705 2787 1230 37:65			Its blossoms are like heads of demons.
				فَإِنَّهُمْ لآكِلُونَ مِنْهَا فَمَالِئُونَ مِنْهَا الْبُطُونَ
	3852 1706 2788 1231 37:66			Then they will eat from it and they fill their bellies.
				ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَيْهَا لَشَوْبًا مِنْ حَمِيمٍ
	3853 1707 2789 1232 970 37:67			Then they top it off with a hellish drink.
				ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لإلَى الْجَحِيمِ
	3854 1708 2790 1233 37:68			Afterwards, they continue to suffer the Inferno.
				إِنَّهُمْ أَلْفَوْا آبَاءَهُمْ ضَالِّينَ
	3855 1709 2791 1234 37:69			They indeed found their fathers astray.
				فَهُمْ عَلَى آثَرِهِمْ يُهْرَعُونَ
	3856 1710 2792 1235 37:70			Therefore, they followed their footsteps.
				وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ أَكْثَرُ الأوَّلِينَ
	3857 1711 2793 1236 971 37:71			And indeed before them, many of the previous generations had gone astray.
				وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِمْ مُنْذِرِينَ
	3858 1712 2794 1237 37:72			In spite of the fact that We indeed sent to them warners.
				فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ
	3859 1713 2795 1238 972 37:73			Therefore, observe the consequences for those who were warned.
				إِلا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	3860 1714 2796 1239 1409(2103) 37:74			Exempted are God's servants who are purely devoted to Him.
				وَلَقَدْ نَادَانَا نُوحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ الْمُجِيبُونَ
	3861 1715 2797 1240 37:75			And surely Noah called upon Us and We are the best responder.
				وَنَجَّيْنَهُ وَأَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيمِ
	3862 1716 2798 1241 37:76			And We saved him and his family from the great disaster.
				وَجَعَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُ هُمُ الْبَاقِينَ
	3863 1717 2799 1242 37:77			And made his progeny lasting.
				وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الآخِرِينَ
	3864 1718 2800 1243 37:78			And We preserved their history for the subsequent generations.
				سَلامٌ عَلَى نُوحٍ فِي الْعَلَمِينَ
	3865 1719 2801 1244 973 37:79			Peace upon Noah amongst all the people.
				إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	3866 1720 2802 1245 37:80			We thus indeed reward the righteous.
				إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3867 1721 2803 1246 37:81			He was indeed one of Our faithful servants.
				ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا الآخَرِينَ
	3868 1722 2804 1247 37:82			We then drowned the rest.
				وَإِنَّ مِنْ شِيعَتِهِ لإبْرَهِيمَ
	3869 1723 2805 1248 974 37:83			And indeed Abraham belonged to his creed.
				إِذْ جَاءَ رَبَّهُ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ
	3870 1724 2806 1249 37:84			As he came to his Lord with a peaceful heart.
				إِذْ قَالَ لأبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَ
	3871 1725 2807 1250 37:85			When he said to his father and to his people; what are you worshiping?
				أَئِفْكًا آلِهَةً دُونَ اللَّهِ تُرِيدُونَ
	3872 1726 2808 1251 1410(2104) 37:86			Is it fabricated gods besides God that you wish?
				فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ بِرَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	3873 1727 2809 1252 37:87			Then what do you think of the Lord of the multiverse?
				فَنَظَرَ نَظْرَةً فِي النُّجُومِ
	3874 1728 2810 1253 37:88			He then took a look at the stars.
				فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَقِيمٌ
	3875 1729 2811 1254 975 37:89			He then said; I am indeed sick of this; -
				فَتَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ مُدْبِرِينَ
	3876 1730 2812 1255 37:90			-as they set and he lost sight of them.
				فَرَاغَ إِلَى آلِهَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ أَلا تَأْكُلُونَ
	3877 1731 2813 1256 37:91			Then he turned to their gods and said; why do you not eat?
				مَا لَكُمْ لا تَنْطِقُونَ
	3878 1732 2814 1257 37:92			Why do you not speak?
				فَرَاغَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضَرْبًا بِالْيَمِينِ
	3879 1733 2815 1258 37:93			He then turned against them, striking them with his right hand.
				فَأَقْبَلُوا إِلَيْهِ يَزِفُّونَ
	3880 1734 2816 1259 37:94			Afterwards, they came to him rushing..
				قَالَ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مَا تَنْحِتُونَ
	3881 1735 2817 1260 37:95			He said; do you worship what you carve?
				وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
	3882 1736 2818 1261 1411(2105) 37:96			While God is the One who created you and everything you make.
				قَالُوا ابْنُوا لَهُ بُنْيَانًا فَأَلْقُوهُ فِي الْجَحِيمِ
	3883 1737 2819 1262 976 37:97			They said, let us build for him a furnace, and throw him in the inferno.
				فَأَرَادُوا بِهِ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَهُمُ الأسْفَلِينَ
	3884 1738 2820 1263 37:98			Therefore, they decided to conspire against him and We made them lowly.
				وَقَالَ إِنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى رَبِّي سَيَهْدِينِ
	3885 1739 2821 1264 37:99			And he said; I am going to my Lord, He will guide me.
				رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّلِحِينَ
	3886 1740 2822 1265 37:100			Lord, grant me from the lot of the righteous.
				فَبَشَّرْنَهُ بِغُلمٍ حَلِيمٍ
	3887 1741 2823 1266 977 37:101			We therefore gave him the good news of a clement son.
				فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَى فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَى قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ سَتَجِدُنِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّبِرِينَ
	3888 1742 2824 1267 1412(2106) 37:102			Then, when he reached the age to walk with him, he said; O my son, indeed I see in a dream that I must sacrifice you, therefore, tell me what you think of this? He said; O my father, do as you are commanded; you will find me, God willing steadfast.
				فَلَمَّا أَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهُ لِلْجَبِينِ
	3889 1743 2825 1268 978 37:103			Then when they both became at peace, and he laid on his side-
				وَنَدَيْنَهُ أَنْ يَا إِبْرهِيمُ
	3890 1744 2826 1269 37:104			-and We called on to him; O Abraham!
				قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ الرُّؤْيَا إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	3891 1745 2827 1270 37:105			You are only fulfilling a dream. We thus certainly reward the pious.
				إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلوءُا الْمُبِينُ
	3892 1746 2828 1271 37:106			This was a clear test.
				وَفَدَيْنَهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِيمٍ
	3893 1747 2829 1272 979 37:107			And We ransomed him with a splendid offer-up.
				وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الآخِرِينَ
	3894 1748 2830 1273 37:108			And We preserved this for the later generations.
				سَلمٌ عَلَى إِبْرَهِيمَ
	3895 1749 2831 1274 980 37:109			Peace upon Abraham.
				كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	3896 1750 2832 1275 37:110			We thus reward the pious.
				إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3897 1751 2833 1276 37:111			He was indeed one of our faithful servants.
				وَبَشَّرْنَهُ بِإِسْحَقَ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الصَّلِحِينَ
	3898 1752 2834 1277 37:112			And We gave him the good news of Isaac, a prophet, one of the righteous.
				وَبَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى إِسْحَقَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَظَالِمٌ لِنَفْسِهِ مُبِينٌ
	3899 1753 2835 1278 981 37:113			And We blessed him and Isaac, and amongst their descendants, some are righteous, and some are clearly transgressing against their souls.
				وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَى مُوسَى وَهَرُونَ
	3900 1754 2836 1279 37:114			And We also indeed blessed Moses and Aaron,
				وَنَجَّيْنَهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظِيمِ
	3901 1755 2837 1280 37:115			And We saved them both as well as their people from a great disaster.
				وَنَصَرْنَاهُمْ فَكَانُوا هُمُ الْغَلِبِينَ
	3902 1756 2838 1281 37:116			And We helped them; consequently, they were victorious.
				وَآتَيْنَهُمَا الْكِتَبَ الْمُسْتَبِينَ
	3903 1757 2839 1282 37:117			And We gave them the clarifying scripture.
				وَهَدَيْنَهُمَا الصِّرَطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
	3904 1758 2840 1283 37:118			And We guided them both to the straight path.
				وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِمَا فِي الآخِرِينَ
	3905 1759 2841 1284 37:119			And We preserved their history for the later generations.
				سَلمٌ عَلَى مُوسَى وَهَرُونَ
	3906 1760 2842 1285 37:120			Peace upon Moses and Aaron.
				إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	3907 1761 2843 1286 37:121			We thus reward the pious.
				إِنَّهُمَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3908 1762 2844 1287 37:122			They were both amongst Our faithful servants.
				وَإِنَّ إِلْيَاسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3909 1763 2845 1288 37:123			And indeed Elias was one of the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3910 1764 2846 1289 37:124			When he said to his people, why do you not fear god?
				أَتَدْعُونَ بَعْلا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحْسَنَ الْخَلِقِينَ
	3911 1765 2847 1290 37:125			Do you call upon a statue instead of the best of creators?
				اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَرَبَّ آبَائِكُمُ الأوَّلِينَ

				فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

				إِلا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	3914 1768 2850 1293 1414(2108) 37:128			Exempted are God's servants who are purely devoted to Him.
				وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الآخِرِينَ
	3915 1769 2851 1294 37:129			And We preserved their history for the subsequent generations.
				سَلمٌ عَلَى إِلْ يَاسِينَ
	3916 1770 2852 1295 37:130			Peace upon Elias.
				إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	3917 1771 2853 1296 983 37:131			We thus indeed reward the pious.
				إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3918 1772 2854 1297 37:132			He was indeed one of Our faithful servants.
				وَإِنَّ لُوطًا لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3919 1773 2855 1298 37:133			And surely Lot was one of the messengers.
				إِذْ نَجَّيْنَهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ
	3920 1774 2856 1299 37:134			As We saved him and his family, all-together -
				إِلا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَبِرِينَ
	3921 1775 2857 1300 37:135			-except an old hag who was left with the doomed.
				ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الآخَرِينَ
	3922 1776 2858 1301 37:136			We then destroyed the others.
				وَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُصْبِحِينَ
	3923 1777 2859 1302 984 37:137			And certainly you pass by them during the day -
				وَبِاللَّيْلِ أَفَلا تَعْقِلُونَ
	3924 1778 2860 1303 37:138			-and during the night. Do you not use your intelligence?
				وَإِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3925 1779 2861 1304 985 37:139			Also Jonah was one of the messengers.
				إِذْ أَبَقَ إِلَى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ
	3926 1780 2862 1305 37:140			When he took refuge in the loaded ship.
				فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُدْحَضِينَ
	3927 1781 2863 1306 37:141			He joined them, consequently he became a rejecter.
				فَالْتَقَمَهُ الْحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ
	3928 1782 2864 1307 37:142			Then the whale swallowed him, and only he was to be blamed.
				فَلَوْلا أَنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُسَبِّحِينَ
	3929 1783 2865 1308 37:143			Had he not resorted to supplication,-
				لَلَبِثَ فِي بَطْنِهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ
	3930 1784 2866 1309 37:144			-he would have surely remained inside his belly until the Day of Resurrection.
				فَنَبَذْنَهُ بِالْعَرَاءِ وَهُوَ سَقِيمٌ
	3931 1785 2867 1310 37:145			We therefore threw him out into the desert and he was really sick.
				وَأَنْبَتْنَا عَلَيْهِ شَجَرَةً مِنْ يَقْطِينٍ
	3932 1786 2868 1311 37:146			And We grew for him a tree with edible fruit.
				وَأَرْسَلْنَهُ إِلَى مِائَةِ أَلْفٍ أَوْ يَزِيدُونَ
	3933 1787 2869 1312 37:147			And We dispatched him to a hundred thousand or more.
				فَآمَنُوا فَمَتَّعْنَهُمْ إِلَى حِينٍ
	3934 1788 2870 1313 37:148			And they all attained faith; consequently, We let them enjoy for awhile.
				فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَلِرَبِّكَ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ الْبَنُونَ
	3935 1789 2871 1314 986 37:149			Ask them; does your Lord have daughters while they have sons?
				أَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلائِكَةَ إِنَثًا وَهُمْ شَهِدُونَ
	3936 1790 2872 1315 37:150			Or did We create the angels female, while they were witnessing?
				أَلا إِنَّهُمْ مِنْ إِفْكِهِمْ لَيَقُولُونَ
	3937 1791 2873 1316 987 37:151			They do indeed make up other lies as they say;-
				وَلَدَ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ
	3938 1792 2874 1317 1415(2109) 37:152			God has begotten a son. However, they are indeed liars.
				أَصْطَفَى الْبَنَاتِ عَلَى الْبَنِينَ
	3939 1793 2875 1318 37:153			Has He chosen daughters rather than sons?
				مَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ
	3940 1794 2876 1319 37:154			What is with you? How can you judge like this?
				أَفَلا تَذَكَّرُونَ
	3941 1795 2877 1320 37:155			Do you not take heed?
				أَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطَنٌ مُبِينٌ
	3942 1796 2878 1321 37:156			Or do you have a profound authority?
				فَأْتُوا بِكِتَبِكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَدِقِينَ
	3943 1797 2879 1322 988 37:157			Therefore, bring your scripture if you are truthful.
				وَجَعَلُوا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجِنَّةِ نَسَبًا وَلَقَدْ عَلِمَتِالْجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ
	3944 1798 2880 1323 37:158			And they also invented a relationship between Him and the jinns; however, the jinns know full well that they all stand ready at His disposal.
				سُبْحَنَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
	3945 1799 2881 1324 1416(2110) 37:159			Glory to God, far above their descriptions.
				إِلا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	3946 1800 2882 1325 1417(2111) 37:160			Exempted are God's servants who are devoted purely to Him.
				فَإِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَ
	3947 1801 2883 1326 37:161			Indeed, neither you nor what you worship-
				مَا أَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَتِنِينَ
	3948 1802 2884 1327 37:162			-disturbs Him in the least.
				إِلا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ الْجَحِيمِ
	3949 1803 2885 1328 989 37:163			It only disturbs those who are in the heart of the Inferno.
				وَمَا مِنَّا إِلا لَهُ مَقَامٌ مَعْلُومٌ
	3950 1804 2886 1329 37:164			Each one of us has a specific rank.
				وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الصَّافُّونَ
	3951 1805 2887 1330 37:165			And we are certainly stratified in rows.
				وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْمُسَبِّحُونَ
	3952 1806 2888 1331 37:166			And we are constantly glorifying god.
				وَإِنْ كَانُوا لَيَقُولُونَ
	3953 1807 2889 1332 990 37:167			And there are those who say,-
				لَوْ أَنَّ عِنْدَنَا ذِكْرًا مِنَ الأوَّلِينَ
	3954 1808 2890 1333 37:168			if only we had a reminder like that of the previous generations-
				لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ
	3955 1809 2891 1334 1418(2112) 37:169			-we would have definitely been servants of God, and would have been purely devoted to Him.
				فَكَفَرُوا بِهِ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
	3956 1810 2892 1335 37:170			But they rejected him, consequently, they will soon find out.
				وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3957 1811 2893 1336 37:171			Our word has already been decreed to Our servants who are messengers.
				إِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ الْمَنْصُورُونَ
	3958 1812 2894 1337 37:172			Indeed they shall be victorious.
				وَإِنَّ جُنْدَنَا لَهُمُ الْغَلِبُونَ
	3959 1813 2895 1338 991 37:173			And Our armies always conquer.
				فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى حِينٍ
	3960 1814 2896 1339 37:174			Therefore, leave them alone for a while.
				وَأَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ
	3961 1815 2897 1340 37:175			And watch them, they are also watching.
				أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
	3962 1816 2898 1341 37:176			Are they rushing to receive Our punishment?
				فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ
	3963 1817 2899 1342 37:177			However, when it descends upon their backyard, what a miserable day will it be for those who were warned.
				وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّى حِينٍ
	3964 1818 2900 1343 37:178			Therefore, ignore them for a while.
				وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ
	3965 1819 2901 1344 992 37:179			And watch, they are also watching.
				سُبْحَنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
	3966 1820 2902 1345 37:180			Glory to your Lord, Lord of dignity, far removed from their descriptions.
				وَسَلمٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3967 1821 2903 1346 993 37:181			And peace upon the messengers.
				وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
