				إِلا تَذْكِرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَى

				تَنْزِيلا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الأرْضَ وَالسَّمَوَتِ الْعُلا
	2350 1331 1369 576 20:4			It is a revelation from The One who created matter and the high vacua.
				الرَّحْمَنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى
	2351 1332 1370 577 576 20:5			The All Gracious, He balanced the dominion.
				لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَوَتِ وَمَا فِي الأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرَى
	2352 1333 1371 578 20:6			To Him belong everything in the vacua and matter and what is between them and what is underneath them.
				وَإِنْ تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَإِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفَى
	2353 1334 1372 579 577 20:7			Any statement you make, He knows the secret thereof and what is even more hidden.
				اللَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ لَهُ الأسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى

				وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَى
	2355 1336 1374 581 20:9			And have you received the history of Moses?
				إِذْ رَأَى نَارًا فَقَالَ لأهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَعَلِّي آتِيكُمْ مِنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى
	2356 1337 1375 582 20:10			When he saw a fire, he then said to his family; stay put, I have seen a fire, maybe I will bring back part of it or I find guidance by the fire.
				فَلَمَّا أَتَاهَا نُودِيَ يَا مُوسَى
	2357 1338 1376 583 578 20:11			When he reached it, he was called; O Moses -
				إِنِّي أَنَا رَبُّكَ فَاخْلَعْ نَعْلَيْكَ إِنَّكَ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى
	2358 1339 1377 584 20:12			- I am indeed your Lord; therefore, take off your shoes, you are indeed in the sacred plain of Towa.
				وَأَنَا اخْتَرْتُكَ فَاسْتَمِعْ لِمَا يُوحَى
	2359 1340 1378 585 579 20:13			And I have chosen you, therefore, listen to what is being inspired.
				إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنَا فَاعْبُدْنِي وَأَقِمِ الصَّلوةَ لِذِكْرِي

				إِنَّ السَّاعَةَ آتِيَةٌ أَكَادُ أُخْفِيهَا لِتُجْزَى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا تَسْعَى
	2361 1342 1380 587 20:15			The Hour is surely coming; I will keep it almost secret, in order to reward every soul for her effort.
				فَلا يَصُدَّنَّكَ عَنْهَا مَنْ لا يُؤْمِنُ بِهَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ فَتَرْدَى
	2362 1343 1381 588 20:16			Therefore, do not be diverted from it by the one who does not believe in it and follows his own desire, lest you will fail.
				وَمَا تِلْكَ بِيَمِينِكَ يَا مُوسَى
	2363 1344 1382 589 580 20:17			And what is that in your right hand, O Moses?
				قَالَ هِيَ عَصَايَ أَتَوَكَّأُ عَلَيْهَا وَأَهُشُّ بِهَا عَلَى غَنَمِي وَلِيَ فِيهَا مَآرِبُ أُخْرَى
	2364 1345 1383 590 20:18			He said, it is my staff, I lean on it, I herd my sheep with it and perform other tasks with it.
				قَالَ أَلْقِهَا يَا مُوسَى
	2365 1346 1384 591 581 20:19			He said; throw it down O Moses.
				فَأَلْقَاهَا فَإِذَا هِيَ حَيَّةٌ تَسْعَى
	2366 1347 1385 592 20:20			Once he threw it, it became alive, moving.
				قَالَ خُذْهَا وَلا تَخَفْ سَنُعِيدُهَا سِيرَتَهَا الأولَى
	2367 1348 1386 593 20:21			He said; grab it and do not be afraid, We will bring it back to its original nature.
				وَاضْمُمْ يَدَكَ إِلَى جَنَاحِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ آيَةً أُخْرَى
	2368 1349 1387 594 20:22			And put your hand in your pocket, it will come out white without any ill, another sign.
				لِنُرِيَكَ مِنْ آيَتِنَا الْكُبْرَى
	2369 1350 1388 595 582 20:23			This is in order to show you some of Our great signs.
				اذْهَبْ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَى
	2370 1351 1389 596 20:24			Go to Pharaoh, for he has indeed rebelled.
				قَالَ رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي
	2371 1352 1390 597 20:25			He said, Lord, cool my temper.
				وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي
	2372 1353 1391 598 20:26			And ease my task.
				وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي
	2373 1354 1392 599 20:27			And untie the knot from my tongue -
				يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
	2374 1355 1393 600 20:28			-so that they may be able to understand me.
				وَاجْعَلْ لِي وَزِيرًا مِنْ أَهْلِي
	2375 1356 1394 601 583 20:29			And appoint an assistant for me from my family -
				هَرُونَ أَخِي
	2376 1357 1395 602 20:30			- Aaron, my brother.
				اشْدُدْ بِهِ أَزْرِي
	2377 1358 1396 603 584 20:31			Strengthen me with him.
				وَأَشْرِكْهُ فِي أَمْرِي
	2378 1359 1397 604 20:32			And make him a partner in my affairs.
				كَيْ نُسَبِّحَكَ كَثِيرًا
	2379 1360 1398 605 20:33			So that we may glorify You a lot.
				وَنَذْكُرَكَ كَثِيرًا
	2380 1361 1399 606 20:34			And commemorate You a lot.
				إِنَّكَ كُنْتَ بِنَا بَصِيرًا
	2381 1362 1400 607 20:35			Indeed You are All Seer over us.
				قَالَ قَدْ أُوتِيتَ سُؤْلَكَ يَا مُوسَى
	2382 1363 1401 608 20:36			He said; I am granting you your request, O Moses.
				وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَيْكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى
	2383 1364 1402 609 585 20:37			And We indeed blessed you another time, -
				إِذْ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى أُمِّكَ مَا يُوحَى
	2384 1365 1403 610 20:38			-when We inspired your mother what We inspired.
				أَنِ اقْذِفِيهِ فِي التَّابُوتِ فَاقْذِفِيهِ فِي الْيَمِّ فَلْيُلْقِهِ الْيَمُّ بِالسَّاحِلِ يَأْخُذْهُ عَدُوٌّ لِي وَعَدُوٌّ لَهُ وَأَلْقَيْتُ عَلَيْكَ مَحَبَّةً مِنِّي وَلِتُصْنَعَ عَلَى عَيْنِي
	2385 1366 1404 611 20:39			Put him in a box and throw him into the sea, it will come to the seashore and he will be picked up by an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his. And I showered you with love from Me and I have made you before My watchful eye.
				إِذْ تَمْشِي أُخْتُكَ فَتَقُولُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَنْ يَكْفُلُهُ فَرَجَعْنَاكَ إِلَى أُمِّكَ كَيْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلا تَحْزَنَ وَقَتَلْتَ نَفْسًا فَنَجَّيْنَاكَ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَفَتَنَّاكَ فُتُونًا فَلَبِثْتَ سِنِينَ فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ ثُمَّ جِئْتَ عَلَى قَدَرٍ يَا مُوسَى
	2386 1367 1405 612 20:40			As your sister was walking she said; can I show you someone who could look after him?  We thus returned you back to your mother in order to brighten her eyes and saved her from grief. And you killed a soul and We saved you from distress and We thoroughly tested you. Then you spent years with the Medians, and you exactly followed your destiny O Moses.
				وَاصْطَنَعْتُكَ لِنَفْسِي
	2387 1368 1406 613 586 20:41			And I chose you just for Me.
				اذْهَبْ أَنْتَ وَأَخُوكَ بِآيَتِي وَلا تَنِيَا فِي ذِكْرِي
	2388 1369 1407 614 20:42			Go you and your brother with My signs and do not waver in commemorating Me.
				اذْهَبَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُ طَغَى
	2389 1370 1408 615 587 20:43			The two of you shall go to Pharaoh, for he has indeed rebelled.
				فَقُولا لَهُ قَوْلا لَيِّنًا لَعَلَّهُ يَتَذَكَّرُ أَوْ يَخْشَى
	2390 1371 1409 616 20:44			The two of you shall talk to him in a soft manner that he may take heed or become reverent.
				قَالا رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا نَخَافُ أَنْ يَفْرُطَ عَلَيْنَا أَوْ أَنْ يَطْغَى
	2391 1372 1410 617 20:45			The two of them said; our Lord, we are indeed fearful that he may transgress against us or rebel.
				قَالَ لا تَخَافَا إِنَّنِي مَعَكُمَا أَسْمَعُ وَأَرَى
	2392 1373 1411 618 20:46			He said, do not fear, I will indeed be with you both, listening and watching.
				فَأْتِيَاهُ فَقُولا إِنَّا رَسُولا رَبِّكَ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ وَلا تُعَذِّبْهُمْ قَدْ جِئْنَاكَ بِآيَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَالسَّلمُ عَلَى مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدَى
	2393 1374 1412 619 588 20:47			Then when both of you get there, tell him, indeed we are two messengers from your Lord, therefore, let the Children of Israel go with us and do not persecute them. We will indeed produce for you a sign from your Lord, and peace upon the one who follows the guidance.
				إِنَّا قَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْنَا أَنَّ الْعَذَابَ عَلَى مَنْ كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّى
	2394 1375 1413 620 20:48			We have indeed been inspired that suffering will be the lot of the one who rejects and turns away.
				قَالَ فَمَنْ رَبُّكُمَا يَا مُوسَى
	2395 1376 1414 621 20:49			He said; who is the Lord of the two of you O Moses?
				قَالَ رَبُّنَا الَّذِي أَعْطَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلْقَهُ ثُمَّ هَدَى
	2396 1377 1415 622 20:50			He said; our Lord is the One who granted everything its existence then guided.
				قَالَ فَمَا بَالُ الْقُرُونِ الأولَى
	2397 1378 1416 623 20:51			He said; what about the previous generations?
				قَالَ عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ رَبِّي فِي كِتَبٍ لا يَضِلُّ رَبِّي وَلا يَنْسَى
	2398 1379 1417 624 20:52			He said, the knowledge thereof is with my Lord in a record.  My Lord never errs nor does He ever forget.
				الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الأرْضَ مَهْدًا وَسَلَكَ لَكُمْ فِيهَا سُبُلا وَأَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَجًا مِنْ نَبَاتٍ شَتَّى
	2399 1380 1418 625 589 20:53			He is the One who made the land an oasis for you and made roads for you therein and He sends down water from the sky, whereby We grow all kinds of plants .
				كُلُوا وَارْعَوْا أَنْعَمَكُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَتٍ لأولِي النُّهَى
	2400 1381 1419 626 20:54			Eat and feed your livestock. Indeed, therein are signs for those who possess intelligence.
				مِنْهَا خَلَقْنَكُمْ وَفِيهَا نُعِيدُكُمْ وَمِنْهَا نُخْرِجُكُمْ تَارَةً أُخْرَى
	2401 1382 1420 627 20:55			From it, We created you and to it We will return you and from it We will bring you out once more.
				وَلَقَدْ أَرَيْنَهُ آيَتِنَا كُلَّهَا فَكَذَّبَ وَأَبَى
	2402 1383 1421 628 20:56			And We indeed showed him all of Our signs, but he rejected and refused them all.
				قَالَ أَجِئْتَنَا لِتُخْرِجَنَا مِنْ أَرْضِنَا بِسِحْرِكَ يَمُوسَى
	2403 1384 1422 629 20:57			He said; did you come to evict us from our land with your magic O Moses?
				فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّكَ بِسِحْرٍ مِثْلِهِ فَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ مَوْعِدًا لا نُخْلِفُهُ نَحْنُ وَلا أَنْتَ مَكَانًا سُوًى
	2404 1385 1423 630 20:58			We will therefore bring you similar magic, so go ahead and choose a venue for us and you that neither us nor you would violate, a neutral place.
				قَالَ مَوْعِدُكُمْ يَوْمُ الزِّينَةِ وَأَنْ يُحْشَرَ النَّاسُ ضُحًى
	2405 1386 1424 631 590 20:59			He said; the venue will be the day of festivities, when the people gather around by the forenoon.
				فَتَوَلَّى فِرْعَوْنُ فَجَمَعَ كَيْدَهُ ثُمَّ أَتَى
	2406 1387 1425 632 20:60			Therefore, Pharaoh turned away, he put together all his schemes, then he showed up.
				قَالَ لَهُمْ مُوسَى وَيْلَكُمْ لا تَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا فَيُسْحِتَكُمْ بِعَذَابٍ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنِ افْتَرَى
	2407 1388 1426 633 591 1058(1610), 528(779) 124(163)  20:61			Moses told them, woe to you; do not attribute lies to God otherwise you will end up suffering. And indeed failed the one who fabricated.
				فَتَنَزَعُوا أَمْرَهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ وَأَسَرُّوا النَّجْوَى
	2408 1389 1427 634 20:62			Then they debated the matter fiercely amongst themselves and had secret meetings.
				قَالُوا إِنْ هَذَانِ لَسَاحِرَنِ يُرِيدَانِ أَنْ يُخْرِجَاكُمْ مِنْ أَرْضِكُمْ بِسِحْرِهِمَا وَيَذْهَبَا بِطَرِيقَتِكُمُ الْمُثْلَى
	2409 1390 1428 635 20:63			They said; these are a couple of magicians who want to evict you from your land with their magic and completely destroy your way of life.
				فَأَجْمِعُوا كَيْدَكُمْ ثُمَّ ائْتُوا صَفًّا وَقَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْيَوْمَ مَنِ اسْتَعْلَى
	2410 1391 1429 636 20:64			Therefore, put together your scheme and come in a row. And indeed today success belongs to those who attain the upper hand.
				قَالُوا يَمُوسَى إِمَّا أَنْ تُلْقِيَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ نَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَلْقَى
	2411 1392 1430 637 20:65			They said; O Moses either you throw or we throw first.
				قَالَ بَلْ أَلْقُوا فَإِذَا حِبَالُهُمْ وَعِصِيُّهُمْ يُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ سِحْرِهِمْ أَنَّهَا تَسْعَى
	2412 1393 1431 638 20:66			He said; you go ahead and throw. Then once they threw, their ropes and sticks, due to their magic, seemed to him to be indeed moving.
				فَأَوْجَسَ فِي نَفْسِهِ خِيفَةً مُوسَى
	2413 1394 1432 639 592 20:67			Then, Moses felt fear inside himself.
				قُلْنَا لا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الأعْلَى
	2414 1395 1433 640 20:68			We said; do not fear,  you will be exalted.
				وَأَلْقِ مَا فِي يَمِينِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوا إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا كَيْدُ سَحِرٍ وَلا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى
	2415 1396 1434 641 20:69			And throw what is in your right hand; it will swallow what they have fabricated.  Indeed what they fabricated is no more than a magician's trick.  And the magicians will never succeed.
				فَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سُجَّدًا قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ هَرُونَ  وَمُوسَى
	2416 1397 1435 642 20:70			Then the magicians fell prostrate, saying we believe in the Lord of Aaron and Moses.
				قَالَ آمَنْتُمْ لَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّهُ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ السِّحْرَ فَلأقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ مِنْ خِلفٍ وَلأصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ فِي جُذُوعِ النَّخْلِ وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ أَيُّنَا أَشَدُّ عَذَابًا وَأَبْقَى
	2417 1398 1436 643 593 20:71			He said, did you believe before I gave you the permission? Indeed your great one shall be the one who taught you magic.  Therefore, I will cut off your hands and feet on the alternate sides and I will crucify you on the trunk of the palm tree and will surely teach you which one of us is more stern in inflicting punishment and which one is more lasting.
				قَالُوا لَنْ نُؤْثِرَكَ عَلَى مَا جَاءَنَا مِنَ الْبَيِّنَتِ وَالَّذِي فَطَرَنَا فَاقْضِ مَا أَنْتَ قَاضٍ إِنَّمَا تَقْضِي هَذِهِ الْحَيَوةَ الدُّنْيَا
	2418 1399 1437 644 20:72			They said; we were deeply touched by the proofs that have come our way and the One who initiated us. Then issue whatever judgment you wish to issue.  Indeed your judgment is only for this worldly life.
				إِنَّا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّنَا لِيَغْفِرَ لَنَا خَطَيَنَا وَمَا أَكْرَهْتَنَا عَلَيْهِ مِنَ السِّحْرِ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى
	2419 1400 1438 645 594 1059(1611), 529(780) 125(164) 20:73			We indeed believed in our Lord so that He may forgive our mistakes, and the magic you forced us to produce.  And God is far better and everlasting.
				إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلا يَحْيَى
	2420 1401 1439 646 20:74			Indeed whoever comes to his Lord guilty, then, indeed Gehenna is his lot wherein he never dies nor stays alive.
				وَمَنْ يَأْتِهِ مُؤْمِنًا قَدْ عَمِلَ الصَّلِحَتِ فَأُولَئِكَ لَهُمُ الدَّرَجَتُ الْعُلَى
	2421 1402 1440 647 20:75			And those who come to Him as faithful while leading a righteous life, then reserved for them are exalted ranks.
				جَنَّتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأنْهَرُ خَلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَذَلِكَ جَزَاءُ مَنْ تَزَكَّى
	2422 1403 1441 648 20:76			Gardens of Eden with flowing streams beneath them, they abide therein eternally. This is the reward for those who purified themselves.
				وَلَقَدْ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِي فَاضْرِبْ لَهُمْ طَرِيقًا فِي الْبَحْرِ يَبَسًا لا تَخَافُ دَرَكًا وَلا تَخْشَى
	2423 1404 1442 649 20:77			And We indeed inspired Moses, take My servants out, then move them through a dry passage in the sea, and do not fear of getting caught and do not worry.
				فَأَتْبَعَهُمْ فِرْعَوْنُ بِجُنُودِهِ فَغَشِيَهُمْ مِنَ الْيَمِّ مَا غَشِيَهُمْ
	2424 1405 1443 650 20:78			Then Pharaoh and his troops chased them, however, the sea covered them, what a covering!
				وَأَضَلَّ فِرْعَوْنُ قَوْمَهُ وَمَا هَدَى
	2425 1406 1444 651 595 20:79			And Pharaoh sent his people astray, he never guided them.
				يَبَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ قَدْ أَنْجَيْنَكُمْ مِنْ عَدُوِّكُمْ وَوَعَدْنَكُمْ جَانِبَ الطُّورِ الأيْمَنَ وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَنَّ وَالسَّلْوَى
	2426 1407 1445 652 20:80			O Children of Israel, We indeed saved you from your enemy and made a covenant with you by the blessed mountain and sent down for you manna and quail.
				كُلُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَكُمْ وَلا تَطْغَوْا فِيهِ فَيَحِلَّ عَلَيْكُمْ غَضَبِي وَمَنْ يَحْلِلْ عَلَيْهِ غَضَبِي فَقَدْ هَوَى
	2427 1408 1446 653 20:81			Eat from the clean provision We have provided for you and do not transgress therein, lest you deserve My wrath, and whomever receives My wrath he has indeed fallen.
				وَإِنِّي لَغَفَّارٌ لِمَنْ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَلِحًا ثُمَّ اهْتَدَى
	2428 1409 1447 654 20:82			And I most assuredly forgive whoever repents, believes and leads a righteous life and remains guided.
				وَمَا أَعْجَلَكَ عَنْ قَوْمِكَ يَا مُوسَى
	2429 1410 1448 655 596 20:83			And what made you run away from your people in such a hurry O Moses?
				قَالَ هُمْ أُولاءِ عَلَى أَثَرِي وَعَجِلْتُ إِلَيْكَ رَبِّ لِتَرْضَى
	2430 1411 1449 656 20:84			He said; they were close behind me and I rushed to You Lord to please You.
				قَالَ فَإِنَّا قَدْ فَتَنَّا قَوْمَكَ مِنْ بَعْدِكَ وَأَضَلَّهُمُ السَّامِرِيُّ
	2431 1412 1450 657 20:85			He said; We then indeed tested your people after you left and the Samarian misled them.
				فَرَجَعَ مُوسَى إِلَى قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَلَمْ يَعِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ وَعْدًا حَسَنًا أَفَطَالَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْعَهْدُ أَمْ أَرَدْتُمْ أَنْ يَحِلَّ عَلَيْكُمْ غَضَبٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فَأَخْلَفْتُمْ مَوْعِدِي
	2432 1413 1451 658 20:86			Afterwards, Moses returned to his people, angry and disappointed.  He said; O my people, did your Lord not promise you a good promise? Could you not wait for the covenant or do you wish to bring upon yourselves your Lord's wrath? You thus broke the agreement I made with you.
				قَالُوا مَا أَخْلَفْنَا مَوْعِدَكَ بِمَلْكِنَا وَلَكِنَّا حُمِّلْنَا أَوْزَارًا مِنْ زِينَةِ الْقَوْمِ فَقَذَفْنَاهَا فَكَذَلِكَ أَلْقَى السَّامِرِيُّ
	2433 1414 1452 659 20:87			They said; we did not break our agreement with you on our own, however, we were loaded with jewelry, then, we threw them into a pile, as the Samarian suggested.
				فَأَخْرَجَ لَهُمْ عِجْلا جَسَدًا لَهُ خُوَارٌ فَقَالُوا هَذَا إِلَهُكُمْ وَإِلَهُ مُوسَى فَنَسِيَ

				أَفَلا يَرَوْنَ أَلا يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِمْ قَوْلا وَلا يَمْلِكُ لَهُمْ ضَرًّا وَلا نَفْعًا

				وَلَقَدْ قَالَ لَهُمْ هَرُونُ مِنْ قَبْلُ يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّمَا فُتِنْتُمْ بِهِ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ فَاتَّبِعُونِي وَأَطِيعُوا أَمْرِي

				أَلا تَتَّبِعَنِ أَفَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِي

				قَالَ يَا ابْنَ أُمَّ لا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي إِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي

				قَالَ بَصُرْتُ بِمَا لَمْ يَبْصُرُوا بِهِ فَقَبَضْتُ قَبْضَةً مِنْ أَثَرِ الرَّسُولِ فَنَبَذْتُهَا وَكَذَلِكَ سَوَّلَتْ لِي نَفْسِي
	2442 1423 1461 668 20:96			He said, I could see what they did not see. I then picked up a handful from the messenger's place and mixed it in, and so seduced me my ego.
				قَالَ فَاذْهَبْ فَإِنَّ لَكَ فِي الْحَيَوةِ أَنْ تَقُولَ لا مِسَاسَ وَإِنَّ لَكَ مَوْعِدًا لَنْ تُخْلَفَهُ وَانْظُرْ إِلَى إِلَهِكَ الَّذِي ظَلْتَ عَلَيْهِ عَاكِفًا لَنُحَرِّقَنَّهُ ثُمَّ لَنَنْسِفَنَّهُ فِي الْيَمِّ نَسْفًا

				إِنَّمَا إِلَهُكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ وَسِعَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا

				يَوْمَئِذٍ لا تَنْفَعُ الشَّفَعَةُ إِلا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ وَرَضِيَ لَهُ قَوْلا

				وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّلِحَتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلا يَخَافُ ظُلْمًا وَلا هَضْمًا

				وَكَذَلِكَ أَنْزَلْنَهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا وَصَرَّفْنَا فِيهِ مِنَ الْوَعِيدِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ أَوْ يُحْدِثُ لَهُمْ ذِكْرًا

				فَتَعَلَى اللَّهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ وَلا تَعْجَلْ بِالْقُرْآنِ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُقْضَى إِلَيْكَ وَحْيُهُ وَقُلْ رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا

				فَقُلْنَا يَآدَمُ إِنَّ هَذَا عَدُوٌّ لَكَ وَلِزَوْجِكَ فَلا يُخْرِجَنَّكُمَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَتَشْقَى

				إِنَّ لَكَ أَلا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلا تَعْرَى

				وَأَنَّكَ لا تَظْمَأُ فِيهَا وَلا تَضْحَى

				فَوَسْوَسَ إِلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَنُ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى شَجَرَةِ الْخُلْدِ وَمُلْكٍ لا يَبْلَى

				فَأَكَلا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَى آدَمُ رَبَّهُ فَغَوَى
	2467 1448 1486 693 20:121			Then they both ate from it, whereupon their bodies became visible to them and they tried to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise.  And Adam disobeyed his Lord and he then became a transgressor.
				ثُمَّ اجْتَبَهُ رَبُّهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ وَهَدَى
	2468 1449 1487 694 20:122			Then his Lord chose him, accepted his repentance and guided him.
				قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ مِنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلا يَضِلُّ وَلا يَشْقَى
	2469 1450 1488 695 20:123			He said the two of you get out therefrom with the rest as enemies of one another. Therefore, when guidance comes to you from Me, then whoever follows My guidance, he will never go astray nor will he suffer any hardship.
				وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَمَةِ أَعْمَى

				قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِي أَعْمَى وَقَدْ كُنْتُ بَصِيرًا
	2471 1452 1490 697 20:125			He said, Lord why did you summon me blind when I used to be a seer.
				قَالَ كَذَلِكَ أَتَتْكَ آيَتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا وَكَذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ تُنْسَى
	2472 1453 1491 698 20:126			He said; because when Our proofs came to you, you chose to ignore them, and you are thus ignored today.
				وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي مَنْ أَسْرَفَ وَلَمْ يُؤْمِنْ بِآيَتِ رَبِّهِ وَلَعَذَابُ الآخِرَةِ أَشَدُّ وَأَبْقَى
	2473 1454 1492 699 604 20:127			And We thus requite the one who transgresses and does not believe in the signs of his Lord. And indeed the suffering of the Hereafter is far more severe and everlasting.
				أَفَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُمْ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَكِنِهِمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَتٍ لأولِي النُّهَى
	2474 1455 1493 700 20:128			Do they not realize that We annihilated generations before them in whose dwellings they walk? Indeed, in this there are signs for those who possess intelligence.
				وَلَوْلا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى

				فَاصْبِرْ عَلَى مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا وَمِنْ آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَى
	2476 1457 1495 702 20:130			Therefore, be patient in the face of their utterances, and glorify and praise your Lord, before sunrise and before sunset and also glorify during the night and during the day that you may be pleased.
				وَلا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَجًا مِنْهُمْ زَهْرَةَ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا لِنَفْتِنَهُمْ فِيهِ وَرِزْقُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى
	2477 1458 1496 703 605 20:131			And do not fix your eyes on what We have bestowed on others from the vanities of this worldly life; it is to test them therewith. As for your Lord's provision, it is far better and everlasting.
				وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلوةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا لا نَسْأَلُكَ رِزْقًا نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ وَالْعَقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوَى
	2478 1459 1497 704 20:132			And encourage your family to observe the contact prayers and insist upon it. We do not ask you for any provision, We provide for you. And the reward belongs to those who are god-fearing.
				وَقَالُوا لَوْلا يَأْتِينَا بِآيَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ أَوَلَمْ تَأْتِهِمْ بَيِّنَةُ مَا فِي الصُّحُفِ الأولَى
	2479 1460 1498 705 20:133			They also said, if only he brings us a proof from his Lord. Did the proofs described in previous scripture not come to them?
				وَلَوْ أَنَّا أَهْلَكْنَهُمْ بِعَذَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ لَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَوْلا أَرْسَلْتَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولا فَنَتَّبِعَ آيَتِكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ نَذِلَّ وَنَخْزَى
	2480 1461 1499 706 20:134			And had We afflicted them with a suffering prior to this, they would have indeed said; our Lord, had You sent us a messenger, we would have then followed your signs before becoming debased and humiliated.
				قُلْ كُلٌّ مُتَرَبِّصٌ فَتَرَبَّصُوا فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ أَصْحَبُ الصِّرَطِ السَّوِيِّ وَمَنِ اهْتَدَى
	2481 1462 1500 707 20:135			Say, we all wait, therefore you should wait too. You will then soon find out who follows the straight path and is guided.
