				أَلا تَعْبُدُوا إِلا اللَّهَ إِنَّنِي لَكُمْ مِنْهُ نَذِيرٌ وَبَشِيرٌ
	1473 803 2226 1226 840(1335), 398(614) 347 11:2			It is alerting not to worship except God. Indeed I come to you from Him as a warner as well as a bearer of good news.
				وَأَنِ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ يُمَتِّعْكُمْ مَتَاعًا حَسَنًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى وَيُؤْتِ كُلَّ ذِي فَضْلٍ فَضْلَهُ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ كَبِيرٍ
	1474 804 2227 1227 348 11:3			And if you ask forgiveness from your Lord, then repent to Him, He will provide for you a beautiful provision for a specific interim and grants His bounty to all those who deserve a bounty. However, if you turn away, then I indeed fear for you the punishment on a great day.
				إِلَى اللَّهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
	1475 805 2228 1228 841(1336), 399(615) 11:4			To God is your final destiny, and His power reigns over all things.
				أَلا إِنَّهُمْ يَثْنُونَ صُدُورَهُمْ لِيَسْتَخْفُوا مِنْهُ أَلا حِينَ يَسْتَغْشُونَ ثِيَابَهُمْ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
	1476 806 2229 1229 349 11:5			Beware they try to hide their innermost from Him. Beware that while they are covered under their garments, He knows what they hide and what they declare. Indeed He fully knows the innermost thoughts.
				وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الأرْضِ إِلا عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا كُلٌّ فِي كِتَبٍ مُبِينٍ
	1477 807 2230 1230 842(1337), 400(616) 11:6			And there is not a single creature on the land that God has not provided its provision, and He knows its dwelling and its repository. Everything is recorded in a profound book.
				وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلا وَلَئِنْ قُلْتَ إِنَّكُمْ مَبْعُوثُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ هَذَا إِلا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
	1478 808 2231 1231 350 11:7			And He is the one who created the vacua and matter in six days and His dominion was based on water through which He tests you to see which one of you will do better. And when they are told that indeed you will be resurrected after death, those who have no faith would surely say this is nothing but clear magic.
				وَلَئِنْ أَخَّرْنَا عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابَ إِلَى أُمَّةٍ مَعْدُودَةٍ لَيَقُولُنَّ مَا يَحْبِسُهُ أَلا يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمْ لَيْسَ مَصْرُوفًا عَنْهُمْ وَحَاقَ بِهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
	1479 809 2232 1232 11:8			And if We delay the punishment for them by inflicting only a few communities, for sure, they would say what prevented Him? Beware, the day their turn is up, nothing can prevent it and the very thing they ridiculed comes back to haunt them.
				وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَا الإنْسَنَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً ثُمَّ نَزَعْنَهَا مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ لَيَئُوسٌ كَفُورٌ
	1480 810 2233 1233 11:9			And if We give the human being a taste of Our Mercy, then remove it, he becomes despondent, unappreciative.
				وَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَهُ نَعْمَاءَ بَعْدَ ضَرَّاءَ مَسَّتْهُ لَيَقُولَنَّ ذَهَبَ السَّيِّئَاتُ عَنِّي إِنَّهُ لَفَرِحٌ فَخُورٌ
	1481 811 2234 1234 11:10			And if we have him taste Our blessing after he has suffered a disaster, he would surely say evil has been removed from me. Indeed he becomes joyous, proud.
				إِلا الَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَتِ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ
	1482 812 2235 1235 351 11:11			Not so are those who have steadfastly persevered and led a righteous life, awaiting them is forgiveness and a generous recompense.
				فَلَعَلَّكَ تَارِكٌ بَعْضَ مَا يُوحَى إِلَيْكَ وَضَائِقٌ بِهِ صَدْرُكَ أَنْ يَقُولُوا لَوْلا أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ كَنْزٌ أَوْ جَاءَ مَعَهُ مَلَكٌ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ نَذِيرٌ وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
	1483 813 2236 1236 843(1338), 401(617) 11:12			Therefore, you might ignore some of what is revealed to you and you may be angered as they say, why was a treasure not sent down to him, or why did an angel not come with him. You are indeed no more than a warner.  And God represents all things.
				أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ قُلْ فَأْتُوا بِعَشْرِ سُوَرٍ مِثْلِهِ مُفْتَرَيَتٍ وَادْعُوا مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَدِقِينَ
	1484 814 2237 1237 844(1339), 402(618) 352 11:13			Or they may say he fabricated it. Say, then bring ten suras like it, fabricated, and call upon whomever you can besides God if you are truthful.
				فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا أُنْزِلَ بِعِلْمِ اللَّهِ وَأَنْ لا إِلَهَ إِلا هُوَ فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ
	1485 815 2238 1238 845(1340), 403(619) 11:14			And if they cannot respond to you, then you shall know that indeed it was revealed with God's knowledge and there is no god except He.  Therefore, would you become peace offerors?
				مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْحَيَوةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا نُوَفِّ إِلَيْهِمْ أَعْمَلَهُمْ فِيهَا وَهُمْ فِيهَا لا يُبْخَسُونَ
	1486 816 2239 1239 11:15			Whoever seeks this worldly life and its adornments, We will grant him therefrom without frugality.
				أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ إِلا النَّارُ وَحَبِطَ مَا صَنَعُوا فِيهَا وَبَطِلٌ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	1487 817 2240 1240 11:16			These are those who have no share of the Hereafter except Hell, and everything they manufacture therein is useless and whatever they do is in vain.
				أَفَمَنْ كَانَ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَيَتْلُوهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْهُ وَمِنْ قَبْلِهِ كِتَبُ مُوسَى إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً أُولَئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِهِ مِنَ الأحْزَابِ فَالنَّارُ مَوْعِدُهُ فَلا تَكُ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْهُ إِنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ
	1488 818 2241 1241 353 11:17			Then who is the one who stands firm by a proof from his Lord? A witness did recite it previously in Moses' scripture, a leading authority as well as a mercy.  They did believe in it. As for those who disbelieved it among various parties, then Hell is promised to them. As for you, you shall not have any doubt about it. Indeed this is the truth from your Lord, however, most people will not attain faith.
				وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أُولَئِكَ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ وَيَقُولُ الأشْهَدُ هَؤُلاءِ الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ أَلا لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّلِمِينَ
	1489 819 2242 1242 846(1341,1342), 404(620,621) 11:18			And who is more unjust than the one who fabricates a lie and attributes it to God? These are the ones who turn their backs to their Lord and the witnesses say these are the ones who lied about their Lord.  Beware; God's condemnation is upon the transgressors.
				الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَهُمْ بِالآخِرَةِ هُمْ كَفِرُونَ
	1490 820 2243 1243 847(1343), 405(622) 354 11:19			These are the ones who repel from the path of God and seek to make it crooked and they disbelieve in the Hereafter.
				أُولَئِكَ لَمْ يَكُونُوا مُعْجِزِينَ فِي الأرْضِ وَمَا كَانَ لَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ يُضَاعَفُ لَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مَا كَانُوا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ السَّمْعَ وَمَا كَانُوا يُبْصِرُونَ
	1491 821 2244 1244 848(1344), 406(623) 11:20			They will never be able to be miracle workers on the land and they will have no allies besides God, the punishment will be doubled for them.  They will not be able to hear and they will not see.
				أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
	1492 822 2245 1245 11:21			These are the ones who have wronged their souls and the very thing they fabricated caused them to go astray.
				لا جَرَمَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ هُمُ الأخْسَرُونَ
	1493 823 2246 1246 11:22			Undoubtedly, they are the worst losers in  the Hereafter
				إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَتِ وَأَخْبَتُوا إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَبُ الْجَنَّةِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَلِدُونَ
	1494 824 2247 1247 355 11:23			Indeed those who attain faith and lead a righteous life and are totally devoted to their Lord, these are the dwellers of Paradise wherein they abide eternally.
				مَثَلُ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ كَالأعْمَى وَالأصَمِّ وَالْبَصِيرِ وَالسَّمِيعِ هَلْ يَسْتَوِيَانِ مَثَلا أَفَلا تَذَكَّرُونَ
	1495 825 2248 1248 11:24			The allegory of the two groups is like the blind and the deaf versus the seer and the hearer. Are they equal? Do you therefore not take heed?
				وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
	1496 826 2249 1249 11:25			And We indeed dispatched Noah to his people: indeed I am a manifest warner to you.
				أَنْ لا تَعْبُدُوا إِلا اللَّهَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ أَلِيمٍ
	1497 827 2250 1250 849(1345), 407(624) 11:26			Do not worship except God. I surely fear for you the punishment of a painful day.
				فَقَالَ الْمَلأ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ مَا نَرَاكَ إِلا بَشَرًا مِثْلَنَا وَمَا نَرَاكَ اتَّبَعَكَ إِلا الَّذِينَ هُمْ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ الرَّأْيِ وَمَا نَرَى لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ بَلْ نَظُنُّكُمْ كَذِبِينَ
	1498 828 2251 1251 11:27			However, the group of unfaithful among his people said, we only see you as a human like us, and we see that only the worst among us have followed you, willfully, and we do not see you as superiors to us, on the contrary, we think you are liars.
				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّي وَآتَانِي رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَعُمِّيَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنُلْزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنْتُمْ لَهَا كَرِهُونَ
	1499 829 2252 1252 11:28			He said, O my people may I show you the proof that I have from my Lord and the mercy He has bestowed upon me although you are blind to it, should I force you while you are reluctant toward it?
				وَيَا قَوْمِ لا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مَالا إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى اللَّهِ وَمَا أَنَا بِطَارِدِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّهُمْ مُلاقُو رَبِّهِمْ وَلَكِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ
	1500 830 2253 1253 850(1346), 408(625) 356 11:29			And O my people, I do not ask you for any wage, for indeed my wage comes from God. And I am to never abandon those who have attained faith.  They are indeed destined to meet their Lord and as for you, I see that you are ignorant people.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ مَنْ يَنْصُرُنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ إِنْ طَرَدْتُهُمْ أَفَلا تَذَكَّرُونَ
	1501 831 2254 1254 851(1347), 409(626) 11:30			And O my people, who can help me before God, if I abandon them? Do you not ponder?
				وَلا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ عِنْدِي خَزَائِنُ اللَّهِ وَلا أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ وَلا أَقُولُ إِنِّي مَلَكٌ وَلا أَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ تَزْدَرِي أَعْيُنُكُمْ لَنْ يُؤْتِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ خَيْرًا اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ إِنِّي إِذًا لَمِنَ الظَّلِمِينَ
	1502 832 2255 1255 852(1348,1349,1350), 410(627,628,629) 357 11:31			And I do not tell you that I possess God's treasures, nor do I say to you that I have full knowledge of the future, nor do I say to you that I am indeed an angel, nor do I say to you that those whom are despised in your eyes would not receive God's blessing. God has full knowledge of their thoughts. If I do so, I would indeed be a transgressor.
				قَالُوا يَا نُوحُ قَدْ جَادَلْتَنَا فَأَكْثَرْتَ جِدَالَنَا فَأْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّدِقِينَ
	1503 833 2256 1256 11:32			They said, O Noah, you have indeed argued with us and have argued excessively, therefore bring what you have promised us if you are truthful.
				قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُمْ بِهِ اللَّهُ إِنْ شَاءَ وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ
	1504 834 2257 1257 853(1351), 411(630) 11:33			He said, only God can bring it to you if He so wills and you will not be able to escape.
				وَلا يَنْفَعُكُمْ نُصْحِي إِنْ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَنْصَحَ لَكُمْ إِنْ كَانَ اللَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُغْوِيَكُمْ هُوَ رَبُّكُمْ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
	1505. 835 2258 1258 854(1352), 412(631) 11:34			And my advice would never benefit you no matter how hard I try, if God wills that you go astray. He is your Lord and to Him you will be returned.
				أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ قُلْ إِنِ افْتَرَيْتُهُ فَعَلَيَّ إِجْرَامِي وَأَنَا بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا تُجْرِمُونَ
	1506 836 2259 1259 11:35			Or they may say that he fabricated it. Say, if I fabricated it then I am responsible for my guilt and I am innocent of your guilt.
				وَأُوحِيَ إِلَى نُوحٍ أَنَّهُ لَنْ يُؤْمِنَ مِنْ قَوْمِكَ إِلا مَنْ قَدْ آمَنَ فَلا تَبْتَئِسْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ
	1507 837 2260 1260 11:36			And Noah was inspired that indeed no more of your people are going to believe except those who have already done so.  Hence, do not despair because of their action.
				وَاصْنَعِ الْفُلْكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَوَحْيِنَا وَلا تُخَاطِبْنِي فِي الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا إِنَّهُمْ مُغْرَقُونَ
	1508 838 2261 1261 358 11:37			And construct the ship under Our watch and with Our inspiration and do not address Me on behalf of the unjust, for indeed they are to drown.
				وَيَصْنَعُ الْفُلْكَ وَكُلَّمَا مَرَّ عَلَيْهِ مَلأ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ سَخِرُوا مِنْهُ قَالَ إِنْ تَسْخَرُوا مِنَّا فَإِنَّا نَسْخَرُ مِنْكُمْ كَمَا تَسْخَرُونَ
	1509 839 2262 1262 11:38			As he was constructing the ship, every time a group of his people passed by him, they ridiculed him. He said, you make fun of us and we mock your ridiculous acts.
				فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ
	1510 840 2263 1263 11:39			You will then soon find out who will receive the humiliating punishment and has deserved the eternal punishment.
				حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا وَفَارَ التَّنُّورُ قُلْنَا احْمِلْ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلٍّ زَوْجَيْنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَهْلَكَ إِلا مَنْ سَبَقَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَوْلُ وَمَنْ آمَنَ وَمَا آمَنَ مَعَهُ إِلا قَلِيلٌ
	1511 841 2264 1264 11:40			Once Our command was issued, and the pot boiled over, We said carry on it a pair of each kind and your family, and exclude those who are already destined to perish, but take the faithful.  And there were only a few who believed with him.
				وَقَالَ ارْكَبُوا فِيهَا بِسْمِ اللَّهِ مَجْرَاهَا وَمُرْسَاهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
	1512 842 2265 1265 855(1353), 413(632) 359 11:41			And he said get on board, in God's name shall be her sailing and her mooring. Indeed my Lord is All Forgiving, All Merciful.
				وَهِيَ تَجْرِي بِهِمْ فِي مَوْجٍ كَالْجِبَالِ وَنَادَى نُوحٌ ابْنَهُ وَكَانَ فِي مَعْزِلٍ يَا بُنَيَّ ارْكَبْ مَعَنَا وَلا تَكُنْ مَعَ الْكَفِرِينَ
	1513 843 2266 1266 11:42			And she sailed on the top of a mountain-like wave and Noah called his son, who was isolated, O my son, come on board with us and do not stay with the unfaithful.
				قَالَ سَآوِي إِلَى جَبَلٍ يَعْصِمُنِي مِنَ الْمَاءِ قَالَ لا عَاصِمَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ إِلا مَنْ رَحِمَ وَحَالَ بَيْنَهُمَا الْمَوْجُ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُغْرَقِينَ
	1514 844 2267 1267 856(1354), 414(633) 360 11:43			He said, I will stay on this hilltop; it will protect me from the water.  He said, there is no protection today from God's command, unless for those whom deserve mercy. And the wave separated them and he drowned.
				وَقِيلَ يَا أَرْضُ ابْلَعِي مَاءَكِ وَيَا سَمَاءُ أَقْلِعِي وَغِيضَ الْمَاءُ وَقُضِيَ الأمْرُ وَاسْتَوَتْ عَلَى الْجُودِيِّ وَقِيلَ بُعْدًا لِلْقَوْمِ الظَّلِمِينَ
	1515 845 2268 1268 11:44			And the land was told; swallow your water and you the sky, cease the downpour and the matter was finished as she was a perfect match for the deluge, and it was proclaimed; the unjust people have perished.
				وَنَادَى نُوحٌ رَبَّهُ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِي وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنْتَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَكِمِينَ
	1516 846 2269 1269 11:45			And Noah called upon his Lord, and then said, Lord, indeed my son is of my family and your promise is the truth and you are the wisest of all the wise ones.
				قَالَ يَا نُوحُ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ إِنَّهُ عَمَلٌ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ فَلا تَسْأَلْنِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنِّي أَعِظُكَ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَهِلِينَ
	1517 847 2270 1270 11:46			He said; O Noah, he is not of your family, he is indeed the result of an unrighteous act.  Therefore, do not ask Me what you have no knowledge thereof. Indeed, I am enlightening you otherwise you will be one of the ignorant ones.
				قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ وَإِلا تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُنْ مِنَ الْخَسِرِينَ
	1518 848 2271 1271 361 11:47			He said, Lord, I indeed seek refuge in you for asking about something that I have no knowledge of; and if You do not forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be one of the losers.
				قِيلَ يَا نُوحُ اهْبِطْ بِسَلامٍ مِنَّا وَبَرَكَاتٍ عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى أُمَمٍ مِمَّنْ مَعَكَ وَأُمَمٌ سَنُمَتِّعُهُمْ ثُمَّ يَمَسُّهُمْ مِنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

				تِلْكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ الْغَيْبِ نُوحِيهَا إِلَيْكَ مَا كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُهَا أَنْتَ وَلا قَوْمُكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ هَذَا فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ الْعَاقِبَةَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

				وَإِلَى عَادٍ أَخَاهُمْ هُودًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلا مُفْتَرُونَ

				يَا قَوْمِ لا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي أَفَلا تَعْقِلُونَ

				وَيَا قَوْمِ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاءَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِدْرَارًا وَيَزِدْكُمْ قُوَّةً إِلَى قُوَّتِكُمْ وَلا تَتَوَلَّوْا مُجْرِمِينَ
	1523 853 2276 1276 11:52			And O my people ask forgiveness from your Lord and then repent to Him; He will send upon you abundant rain from the sky and increase your power beyond your existing power and do not turn away as the guilty.
				قَالُوا يَا هُودُ مَا جِئْتَنَا بِبَيِّنَةٍ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِتَارِكِي آلِهَتِنَا عَنْ قَوْلِكَ وَمَا نَحْنُ لَكَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
	1524 854 2277 1277 362 11:53			They said, O Eber, you have not brought us any proof and we are not going to abandon our gods because of your call and we are not going to become believers for your sake.
				إِنْ نَقُولُ إِلا اعْتَرَاكَ بَعْضُ آلِهَتِنَا بِسُوءٍ قَالَ إِنِّي أُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ وَاشْهَدُوا أَنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ

				مِنْ دُونِهِ فَكِيدُونِي جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ لا تُنْظِرُونِي
	1526 856 2279 1279 11:55			-besides Him.  Therefore, present to me your collective plan immediately.
				إِنِّي تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّي وَرَبِّكُمْ مَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ إِلا هُوَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى صِرَطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
	1527 857 2280 1280 859(1357), 417(636) 11:56			Indeed, in God I trust, my Lord and your Lord.  There is not a single creature that He does not control.  Indeed my Lord is on the straight path.
				فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ مَا أُرْسِلْتُ بِهِ إِلَيْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفُ رَبِّي قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلا تَضُرُّونَهُ شَيْئًا إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَفِيظٌ
	1528 858 2281 1281 11:57			Hence, if you turn away, I have delivered to you the message I was sent with. Furthermore, my Lord will replace you with a different people and you do not harm Him in the least. Indeed my Lord is the Guardian of all things.
				وَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا نَجَّيْنَا هُودًا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَّا وَنَجَّيْنَهُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍ
	1529 859 2282 1282 11:58			And once Our command was issued, We saved Eber and those who believed with him as a mercy from Us and We saved them from a severe punishment.
				وَتِلْكَ عَادٌ جَحَدُوا بِآيَتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَصَوْا رُسُلَهُ  وَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ
	1530 860 2283 1283 363 11:59			And so was Aad, they argued against their Lord's signs and rebelled against His messengers and followed every stubborn tyrant.
				وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَلا إِنَّ عَادًا كَفَرُوا رَبَّهُمْ أَلا بُعْدًا لِعَادٍ قَوْمِ هُودٍ
	1531 861 2284 1284 11:60			Condemnation followed them in this world as well as on the Day of Resurrection.  Indeed Aad had no faith in their Lord.  Absolutely, Aad, the people of Eber did perish.
				وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ هُوَ أَنْشَأَكُمْ مِنَ الأرْضِ وَاسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيهَا فَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبٌ
	1532 862 2285 1285 860(1358), 418(637) 364 11:61			And to Thamoud, went their brother Saleh.  He said, O my people; worship God, there is no other god besides Him for you. He is the One who initiated you from the land and made you prosper therein; therefore, you shall ask forgiveness from Him then repent to Him. Indeed my Lord is always near always respondent.
				قَالُوا يَا صَالِحُ قَدْ كُنْتَ فِينَا مَرْجُوًّا قَبْلَ هَذَا أَتَنْهَانَا أَنْ نَعْبُدَ مَا يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا وَإِنَّنَا لَفِي شَكٍّ مِمَّا تَدْعُونَا إِلَيْهِ مُرِيبٍ
	1533 863 2286 1286 11:62			They said O Saleh, you were indeed popular among us. Are you enjoining us from worshipping what our parents worshiped, while indeed we are doubtful of what you are inviting us to do, hesitant?
				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّي وَآتَانِي مِنْهُ رَحْمَةً فَمَنْ يَنْصُرُنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ إِنْ عَصَيْتُهُ فَمَا تَزِيدُونَنِي غَيْرَ تَخْسِيرٍ
	1534 864 2287 1287 861(1359), 419(638) 11:63			He said, O my people, what if I show you a proof from my Lord and His mercy He has bestowed upon me? Who is then going to help me in front of God if I disobey Him? Then I will gain nothing but loss.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ هَذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللَّهِ وَلا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ قَرِيبٌ
	1535 865 2288 1288 862(1360,1361), 420(639,640) 11:64			And O my people; this is God's camel, a sign for you, therefore, let her eat from God's land and do not harm her in any way, lest you will be immediately punished.
				فَعَقَرُوهَا فَقَالَ تَمَتَّعُوا فِي دَارِكُمْ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ وَعْدٌ غَيْرُ مَكْذُوبٍ
	1536 866 2289 1289 11:65			However, they maimed her, hence he proclaimed; enjoy your homes for three days, for this is an undeniable promise.
				فَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا نَجَّيْنَا صَالِحًا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَّا وَمِنْ خِزْيِ يَوْمِئِذٍ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ الْقَوِيُّ الْعَزِيزُ
	1537 867 2290 1290 11:66			And once Our command was issued, We saved Saleh and those who believed with him as a mercy from Us and We saved them from the humiliation of that day. Indeed your Lord is The All Powerful, The Almighty.
				وَأَخَذَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا الصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دِيَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ
	1538 868 2291 1291 365 11:67			And the unjust were overwhelmed by the thunder, leaving them dead in their homes.
				كَأَنْ لَمْ يَغْنَوْا فِيهَا أَلا إِنَّ ثَمُودَ كَفَرُوا رَبَّهُمْ أَلا بُعْدًا لِثَمُودَ
	1539 869 2292 1292 11:68			They looked as though they never prospered therein. Absolutely, Thamoud had no faith in their Lord. Absolutely, Thamoud has perished.
				وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ بِالْبُشْرَى قَالُوا سَلامًا قَالَ سَلامٌ فَمَا لَبِثَ أَنْ جَاءَ بِعِجْلٍ حَنِيذٍ
	1540 870 2293 1293 11:69			And indeed Our messengers went to Abraham with the good news, they said, peace, he said, peace, he then without hesitation, prepared for them a barbequed calf.
				فَلَمَّا رَأَى أَيْدِيَهُمْ لا تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُوا لا تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمِ لُوطٍ
	1541 871 2294 1294 11:70			And when he noticed their hands are not touching it, he turned away from them and felt fearful of them. They said, do not fear, indeed we are dispatched to the people of Lot.
				وَامْرَأَتُهُ قَائِمَةٌ فَضَحِكَتْ فَبَشَّرْنَاهَا بِإِسْحَاقَ وَمِنْ وَرَاءِ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْقُوبَ
	1542 872 2294 1295 366 11:71			And his wife was standing, she laughed when We gave her the good news of Isaac and Jacob to be from Isaac's clan.
				قَالَتْ يَا وَيْلَتَا أَأَلِدُ وَأَنَا عَجُوزٌ وَهَذَا بَعْلِي شَيْخًا إِنَّ هَذَا لَشَيْءٌ عَجِيبٌ
	1543 873 2296 1296 11:72			She said, wow, how could I give birth, when I am an old woman and my husband is an old man? This is indeed a strange thing.
				قَالُوا أَتَعْجَبِينَ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ إِنَّهُ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
	1544 874 2297 1297 863(1362,1363), 421(641,642) 367 11:73			They said, are you surprised by God's command? Indeed God's mercy and His blessings has been upon you O the inhabitant of the House. He is indeed Praiseworthy, Glorious.
				فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّوْعُ وَجَاءَتْهُ الْبُشْرَى يُجَادِلُنَا فِي قَوْمِ لُوطٍ
	1545 875 2298 1298 11:74			Once Abraham's fear subsided and he received the good news, he argued with Us on behalf of Lot's people.
				إِنَّ إِبْرَهِيمَ لَحَلِيمٌ أَوَّاهٌ مُنِيبٌ
	1546 876 2299 1299 11:75			Indeed, Abraham was indeed tolerant, very kind, and repentant.
				يَا إِبْرَهِيمُ أَعْرِضْ عَنْ هَذَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَإِنَّهُمْ آتِيهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَيْرُ مَرْدُودٍ
	1547 877 2300 1300 11:76			O Abraham, refrain from this, indeed your Lord's command has already been issued, for indeed they have deserved the inevitable punishment.
				وَلَمَّا جَاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطًا سِيءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَقَالَ هَذَا يَوْمٌ عَصِيبٌ
	1548 878 2301 1301 11:77			And when Our messengers went to Lot, they were mistreated  and he was embarrassed in their presence and said, this is a nerve-racking day.
				وَجَاءَهُ قَوْمُهُ يُهْرَعُونَ إِلَيْهِ وَمِنْ قَبْلُ كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ هَؤُلاءِ بَنَاتِي هُنَّ أَطْهَرُ لَكُمْ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلا تُخْزُونِي فِي ضَيْفِي أَلَيْسَ مِنْكُمْ رَجُلٌ رَشِيدٌ
	1549 879 2302 1302 864(1364), 422(643) 11:78			And his people came to him rushing as they were used to committing evil. He said O my people here are my daughters, this is purer for you, therefore fear God and do not humiliate me in front of my guests, is there not one guided man amongst you?
				قَالُوا لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا لَنَا فِي بَنَاتِكَ مِنْ حَقٍّ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَعْلَمُ مَا نُرِيدُ
	1550 880 2303 1303 368 11:79			They said, you know we have no need for your daughters, surely you know exactly what we want.
				قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ لِي بِكُمْ قُوَّةً أَوْ آوِي إِلَى رُكْنٍ شَدِيدٍ
	1551 881 2304 1304 11:80			He said, O I wished I had power over you, or had a prominent position.
				قَالُوا يَا لُوطُ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَنْ يَصِلُوا إِلَيْكَ فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ وَلا يَلْتَفِتْ مِنْكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلا امْرَأَتَكَ إِنَّهُ مُصِيبُهَا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ إِنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ
	1552 882 2305 1305 11:81			They said, O Lot, we are indeed your Lord's messengers and they cannot touch you, therefore, get out with your family during the night and none of you shall look back except your wife, for indeed she will be afflicted by what they are going to be afflicted with. Their promised time is the morning. Is the morning not soon enough?
				فَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا جَعَلْنَا عَالِيَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا حِجَارَةً مِنْ سِجِّيلٍ مَنْضُودٍ
	1553 883 2306 1306 11:82			Then when Our command was issued, We turned it upside down and showered it with rocks precipitated from mud -
				مُسَوَّمَةً عِنْدَ رَبِّكَ وَمَا هِيَ مِنَ الظَّلِمِينَ بِبَعِيدٍ
	1554 884 2307 1307 369 11:83			- marked by your Lord to strike the transgressors in their midst.
				وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ وَلا تَنْقُصُوا الْمِكْيَالَ وَالْمِيزَانَ إِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ بِخَيْرٍ وَإِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ مُحِيطٍ
	1555 885 2308 1308 865(1365), 423(644) 11:84			And to the Medians, went their brother Jethro.  He said, O my people; worship God; you have no other god besides Him. You shall not cheat with measurement and the scale. Indeed, I want to see you do well and indeed I fear for you the day when suffering completely surrounds you.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ أَوْفُوا الْمِكْيَالَ وَالْمِيزَانَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلا تَعْثَوْا فِي الأرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
	1556 886 2309 1309 11:85			And O my people, fulfill  the measure and the scale, equitably. Do not cheat people out of their belongings. And do not use matter wickedly as corruptors.
				بَقِيَّةُ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَا أَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ بِحَفِيظٍ
	1557 887 2310 1310 866(1366), 424(645) 11:86			What is left for you by God is better for you if you are faithful.  And I am not your guardian.
				قَالُوا يَا شُعَيْبُ أَصَلاتُكَ تَأْمُرُكَ أَنْ نَتْرُكَ مَا يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُنَا أَوْ أَنْ نَفْعَلَ فِي أَمْوَالِنَا مَا نَشَاءُ إِنَّكَ لأنْتَ الْحَلِيمُ الرَّشِيدُ
	1558 888 2311 1311 11:87			They said, O Jethro; does your contact prayer command you that we abandon what our fathers used to worship or quit doing with our wealth as we wish? Indeed you used to be clement, guided.
				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُ عَلَى بَيِّنَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّي وَرَزَقَنِي مِنْهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا وَمَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُخَالِفَكُمْ إِلَى مَا أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ إِنْ أُرِيدُ إِلا الإصْلاحَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ وَمَا تَوْفِيقِي إِلا بِاللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ
	1559 889 2312 1312 867(1367), 425(646) 11:88			He said O my people; may I show you a proof from my Lord that He has provided for me as a blessing? I do not agree with you regarding what I enjoin you from. I only wish to correct as many things as I can. And my success is only attainable through God. In Him I trust and to Him I repent.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ لا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شِقَاقِي أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمْ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَ قَوْمَ نُوحٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ هُودٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ صَالِحٍ وَمَا قَوْمُ لُوطٍ مِنْكُمْ بِبَعِيدٍ
	1560 890 2313 1313 370 11:89			And O my people; do not commit an error by opposing me, lest you suffer the same disaster as the disaster that afflicted the people of Noah, or the people of Eber, or the people of Saleh.  And the people of Lot were not far away from you.
				وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ إِنَّ رَبِّي رَحِيمٌ وَدُودٌ
	1561 891 2314 1314 11:90			And ask forgiveness from your Lord, then, repent to Him. Indeed my Lord is All Merciful, All Loving.
				قَالُوا يَا شُعَيْبُ مَا نَفْقَهُ كَثِيرًا مِمَّا تَقُولُ وَإِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِينَا ضَعِيفًا وَلَوْلا رَهْطُكَ لَرَجَمْنَاكَ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْنَا بِعَزِيزٍ
	1562 892 2315 1315 11:91			They said; O Jethro, we do not understand much of what you say and indeed we see that you are weak amongst us, and if it were not for your clan, we would have surely stoned you, and you would not have any might over us.
				قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ أَرَهْطِي أَعَزُّ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَاتَّخَذْتُمُوهُ وَرَاءَكُمْ ظِهْرِيًّا إِنَّ رَبِّي بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ
	1563 893 2316 1316 868(1368), 426(647) 11:92			He said, O my people, is my clan mightier for you than God? And is it why you are turning your back to Him? Indeed My Lord encompasses everything you do.
				وَيَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُوا عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَمَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ وَارْتَقِبُوا إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ رَقِيبٌ
	1564 894 2317 1317 11:93			And O my people; keep doing what you are doing in your dwellings and so am I. You will soon find out who will receive the humiliating punishment and who the liar is.  And continue to watch for it and I will watch for it, along with you.
				وَلَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُنَا نَجَّيْنَا شُعَيْبًا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَّا وَأَخَذَتِ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا الصَّيْحَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دِيَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ
	1565 895 2318 1318 11:94			And once Our command was issued, We saved Jethro and those who believed with him as a mercy from Us and the thunder overwhelmed the unjust, leaving them dead in their homes.
				كَأَنْ لَمْ يَغْنَوْا فِيهَا أَلا بُعْدًا لِمَدْيَنَ كَمَا بَعِدَتْ ثَمُودُ
	1566 896 2319 1319 11:95			It was as though they never prospered therein. Absolutely, the Medians have perished just like Thamoud perished.
				وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَى بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
	1567 897 2320 1320 11:96			And We sent Moses with Our Signs and a profound authority –
				إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
	1568 898 2321 1321 371 11:97			–to Pharaoh and his people who obeyed Pharaoh's command. However, Pharaoh's command was void of guidance.
				يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ
	1569 899 2322 1322 11:98			He will lead his people on the Day of Resurrection as they enter Hell. What a miserable entrance for those who enter.
				وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ

				ذَلِكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ الْقُرَى نَقُصُّهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنْهَا قَائِمٌ وَحَصِيدٌ
	1571 901 2324 1324 11:100			These are news from communities that We narrate to you. Some are still standing and some were completely wiped out.
				وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَكِنْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ فَمَا أَغْنَتْ عَنْهُمْ آلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِي يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ لَمَّا جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَمَا زَادُوهُمْ غَيْرَ تَتْبِيبٍ
	1572 902 2325 1325 869(1369), 427(648) 372 11:101			And We were not unjust toward them; they were unjust toward themselves. Therefore, their gods whom they called upon besides God did not enrich them in the least once your Lord's command was issued, and they gained nothing but destruction.
				وَكَذَلِكَ أَخْذُ رَبِّكَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْقُرَى وَهِيَ ظَالِمَةٌ إِنَّ أَخْذَهُ أَلِيمٌ شَدِيدٌ
	1573 903 2326 1326 11:102			And such is your Lord's punishment when communities commit injustice. Indeed His punishment carries the ultimate pain.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً لِمَنْ خَافَ عَذَابَ الآخِرَةِ ذَلِكَ يَوْمٌ مَجْمُوعٌ لَهُ النَّاسُ وَذَلِكَ يَوْمٌ مَشْهُودٌ
	1574 904 2327 1327 373 11:103			Indeed in this there is a sign for those who fear the punishment of the Hereafter.  That is the day when all the people are brought before Him, the day that will be witnessed.
				وَمَا نُؤَخِّرُهُ إِلا لأجَلٍ مَعْدُودٍ
	1575 905 2328 1328 11:104			And We will not delay it, except to fulfill a numerically predetermined time.
				يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لا تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِيٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ
	1576 906 2329 1329 11:105			When that day comes, no soul will speak except by His permission.  Amongst them are wretched as well as the happy.
				فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ شَقُوا فَفِي النَّارِ لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَشَهِيقٌ
	1577 907 2330 1330 11:106			Then, the wretched end up in Hell, wherein there is screaming and whining.
				خَلِدِينَ فِيهَا مَا دَامَتِ السَّمَوَتُ وَالأرْضُ إِلا مَا شَاءَ رَبُّكَ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ فَعَّالٌ لِمَا يُرِيدُ
	1578 908 2331 1331 374 11:107			They abide therein forever, as long as the vacua and matter endure in accordance with your Lord's will.  Indeed, your Lord is the utmost doer of what He wills.
				وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ سُعِدُوا فَفِي الْجَنَّةِ خَلِدِينَ فِيهَا مَا دَامَتِ السَّمَوَتُ وَالأرْضُ إِلا مَا شَاءَ رَبُّكَ عَطَاءً غَيْرَ مَجْذُوذٍ
	1579 909 2332 1332 11:108			As for those who are happy, they are in Paradise wherein they abide forever, as long as the vacua and matter endure in accordance with your Lord's will, a gift without limits.
				فَلا تَكُ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِمَّا يَعْبُدُ هَؤُلاءِ مَا يَعْبُدُونَ إِلا كَمَا يَعْبُدُ آبَاؤُهُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَإِنَّا لَمُوَفُّوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ غَيْرَ مَنْقُوصٍ
	1580 910 2333 1333 375 11:109			Therefore, do not be in doubt about what these people worship. They do not worship except what their parents worshiped before them.  And indeed We will exact their share without deficiency.
				وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَبَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِنْهُ مُرِيبٍ
	1581 911 2334 1334 11:110			And indeed We gave Moses the scripture but it was disputed. And if it were not for a preordained word from your Lord, they would have indeed been judged. And surely they are hesitant, full of doubt.
				وَإِنَّ كُلا لَمَّا لَيُوَفِّيَنَّهُمْ رَبُّكَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ إِنَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
	1582 912 2335 1335 11:111			And indeed all of them will receive their share from your Lord because of their deeds. Indeed He is fully cognizant of what they do.
				فَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَمَنْ تَابَ مَعَكَ وَلا تَطْغَوْا إِنَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ
	1583 913 2336 1336 11:112			Therefore, be steadfast as you were commanded and so shall those who repented along with you and do not rebel. Indeed He is All Seer of everything you do.
				وَلا تَرْكَنُوا إِلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا فَتَمَسَّكُمُ النَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ ثُمَّ لا تُنْصَرُونَ
	1584 914 2337 1337 870(1370), 428(649) 376 11:113			And do not lean toward the transgressors, lest you will end up in Hell and you will have no ally besides God and you will never be helped.
				وَأَقِمِ الصَّلوةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ذَلِكَ ذِكْرَى لِلذَّاكِرِينَ
	1585 915 2338 1338 11:114			And observe the contact prayer at both ends of the daylight and early part of the night. Indeed good deeds wipe out bad deeds. This is a reminder for those who take heed.
				وَاصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
	1586 916 2339 1339 871(1371), 429(650) 11:115			And be patient, for God will never put to waste the reward for the righteous.
				فَلَوْلا كَانَ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ أُولُو بَقِيَّةٍ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْفَسَادِ فِي الأرْضِ إِلا قَلِيلا مِمَّنْ أَنْجَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَا أُتْرِفُوا فِيهِ وَكَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ
	1587 917 2340 1340 11:116			Hence, if only the previous generations were intelligent enough to forbid evil using matter, as were very few of them whom We saved. As for those who followed the transgressors, they enjoyed themselves temporarily and they were guilty.
				وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ
	1588 918 2341 1341 11:117			And your Lord will never annihilate a community unjustly while its inhabitants are righteous.
				وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً وَلا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ
	1589 919 2342 1342 11:118			And if your Lord willed, He would have indeed made the humans a single congregation; however, they always dispute –
				إِلا مَنْ رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ وَلِذَلِكَ خَلَقَهُمْ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لأمْلأنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ
	1590 920 2343 1343 11:119			–except those upon whom your Lord has bestowed mercy.  And for this reason He created them. And your Lord's word is fulfilled; I will indeed fill Gehenna with Jinns and Humans together.
				وَكُلا نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنْبَاءِ الرُّسُلِ مَا نُثَبِّتُ بِهِ فُؤَادَكَ وَجَاءَكَ فِي هَذِهِ الْحَقُّ وَمَوْعِظَةٌ وَذِكْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	1591 921 2344 1344 1204 11:120			And We thus narrate to you the news from some messengers in order to strengthen your heart therewith.  This comes to you as the truth and enlightenment and a reminder for the faithful.
				وَقُلْ لِلَّذِينَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ اعْمَلُوا عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنَّا عَامِلُونَ
	1592 922 2345 1345 1205 11:121			And say to those who have no faith; continue what you are doing in your dwellings and so will we.
				وَانْتَظِرُوا إِنَّا مُنْتَظِرُونَ
	1593 923 2346 1346 1206 11:122			And wait and we will surely wait.
				وَلِلَّهِ غَيْبُ السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُ الأمْرُ كُلُّهُ فَاعْبُدْهُ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَيْهِ وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
	1594 924 2347 1347 872(1372), 430(651) 1207 11:123			And to God belongs the secret of the vacua and matter and all matters are referred to Him, therefore, you shall worship Him and put your trust in Him.  And your Lord is never unaware of what you do.
